Located opposite the Collector's office, the only advantage this hotel offers is the place - centrally located but in the midst of heavy traffic. The front desk is not very friendly and room service is quite bad. I ordered for a tea upon arrival - it took me 3 calls to finally get the tea served. Room quality quite average- towels look old & bathroom is average. Nothing really great about their food. For quality vegetarian food, Hotel Dwaraka is located just 3 buildings from this hotel where one can relish quality vegetarian cuisine. The TV was not working properly and the shower was not operational in the bathroom. Also, the water was not hot enough for a good bath. The cleanliness can be improved drastically. I don't think the service is on par with the tariff they charge. Overall, its an average property.

The room were terrible. Most of the wooden work had broken. My main door had a feet space below and everything was visible. The safe was non operational. Mini bar was inadequate. Matress were like they were broken. The only good thing was the courteous staff...hats off. The hotel gives a look of shabby, abandoned place with no life. This is the worst i suppose from Royal Orchids chain.
