Overall it was good, but the lounge needs some help with mosquitoes. The variety of the food items is ok. Location is good, near to airport and financial district, more attention towards prices can encourage more visitors from USA and other countries.

Overall it was good. It's clean and nicely laid out. Staff can be forgetful in the dining area. Drinks are expensive so be careful there. The gym is good if you know what you're doing and I recommend the spa to visiting guests.

Stayed here for a night on business. Firstly, the airport transfer didn't work well. The driver wasn't there and I had to call the hotel switchboard to connect through as neither of the numbers provided were answered. The check-in was good and quick. My bag accompanied me to the room rather than me having to wait for it afterwards. The room was on the ground floor, facing the pool. It was small but everything for a short stay was there. The bed was comfortable as was the room temperature. The shower was excellent. I dined at the multi cuisine restaurant for lunch and two dinners. The a la carte and buffet were both extensive, and the food was tasty. The buffet was varied, with lots of choices. The staff at the restaurant were efficient. Check-out was done well. The hotel is beautiful though I didn't get the chance to explore the grounds or pool. The only suggestion would be for the service to be with a smile. That was not forthcoming. I'd stay here again if in the area though they would need to sort out things like transfers to be much better.

While the location is good the rooms are awful and the room service food was terrible. I don't think I am going back! Tge room allotted to be was in the basement of the hotel! One of the smallest rooms I have stayed in

The hotel very nicely built , being in town also you get a feeling of resort stay. The room we stayed in was very luxurious , nice sit out and well kept. The service was a let down though , the staff was as if not interested
