My stay was very pleasant at Katriya hotel. The people at the reception were very courteous and arranged a room for me in no time even though I arrived there an hour earlier than my booking time. The room was very clean and room service was excellent. Mantainance called up to check if I had any complaints and minor glitches were attended to as soon as I told them. Overall I had a nice time staying in Katriya and will definitely recommend the place to others.

The hotel is an extremely good hotel. It had all the comfort a normal business traveler needs. Bathroom was clean and all the shampoos, mositurizers, tooth brush, shaving cream etc. It even had a bath tub. The breakfast in morning was excellent. Only thing missing was free Internet access. Rs. 200/- an hour was too expensive. I would recommend any business traveler to use this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and value for money. May be it is not in the main road but it was cozy . IThe staff were friendly and helpful. We had break fast only and the qualoity of food was excelelnt .

Do not come here, waste of your money, you will not get any service, TV does not work, no cable , No hot water, and some body complained no AC also. Rooms are good but they are very short staffed it seems , carpets are not cleaned in months

Rooms are very small Rooms are not at all neat Even bathroom was not cleaned properly ; bath tub was horrible Hotel food was decent but they are not equipped to handle any kind of events and the rush after that. On my check in day i had a la-carte; but it cost more than buffet. On the next day they organized the buffet in a smallest hall so that the guest coming for the function is forced to take a la-carte. very bad. Staff is also arrogant Over all very bad experience.

Sofas torn, unclean rooms, keycard not working, every room with some problem. Stepped into the hotel at 05:00 pm and had to wait for half hour at the lounge despite the booking was from 12:00 PM and confirmation over phone provided in the morning. A/C was not working until our checkout despite informing Mr. Rao(GM) and VP at the hotel. A 50 times follow-up for a simple trash can and a bucket until midnight. We couldn't take up the free breakfast considering all these pathetic service and response we stopped requesting or complaining to any of the staffs, we decided to buy all needed outside.

We recently visited to Hydrabad with our family. We stayed 3 days and 4 days in Katriya Hotel & Towers. We had worst experience in this hotel. When we checked in we were wating around 2hrs for checkin, till the time no one asked us drinking water as well. when we got rooms, those were dirty, blanket was not clened, no internet working, no TV cable were working, even when we called at oprator no one putting phone itself. Receptionist was not intrested to listen about our complaints as we had already checked in. They are not allowing for extra bed (May be they were looking for extra money) in our room though we were pirorly intimate about children but after multiple request we got succeed. Even they were not cleaning rooms regurlarly during 4 days. About breakfast it's totally repetative though out all 4 days. And food quailty was not good hence we prefered lunch & dinner outside only. Regarding room service, this is worst part here. For drinking water as well you need to reuqest multiple time. No hot water for taking bath after 7am. Also rooms are not fresh & full of darkness, it's not sunny or fresh air. Ultimatly I have never seen such 4 star Hotel . :) So better rather than such 4 star Hotel prefer any 2/3 star Hotel or Oyo room where people care about their guest. Otherwise it would be waste of money only.
