One of the worst stay...Ruined our holiday...No lights working...You have to ask for towels and everything...Rooms are not tidy...centralised AC and canot control temperature...Even after complaining no actions taken...Rude hotel receptionists...

when i was visited this hotel, i felt comfortable with the receptionist and room service.I would recommend this to the middle class people because it is a budget hotel and suitable for them.they provide laundry service etc.,

Got a wonderful deal for this hotel. I have got parking space in my visit. Went to the reception. Receptionist was sure friendly explained about their policies etc (Which i think was not required but still) and the bell boy took us to the room. Room was clean and we have got a dedicated service boy who was always with us till we check out.... splendid hotel & service...

Non sense response and useless hospitality... u come stay and go..kind of response.....Infrastructure of rooms are really nonsense. We suggest you guys to work on some hospitality and guest satisfactions.

Everything in their room description is a hoax. No air at all in air cooled room. Bathroom floor dirty. Condition of bathroom walls and door pathetic. They took 2 hours to give me a soap. Dirty towels. Upon complaining they said you can cancel the room. Since I had used the bathroom they said we will cut 500 rupees! Very bad experience. Please never go here.
