I stayed here during my Dec 2015 Hyderabad visit. situated in posh location of Banjara Hills. my stay here is very good considering the budget of the hotel. Room is good no very specious though. cleanness is just fine. staffs are courteous. we don't eat onion and garlic and when i told the kitchen staffs they are kind enough to cook as per my preference.

First of all, my overall experience of hotels/ guesthouses in India was great and I found people to be very kind and hospitable throughout. However, there was one very serious exception. I was arriving in Hyderabad at midnight so thought I'd book ahead on agoda and organize an airport pick-up so that I didn't find myself wandering around an unsafe city late at night trying to find accomodation. My first problem arose when the manager decided not to respond to my multiple requests for a pick-up (this was advertised in the hotel description) until 4 days later, at which point I was on the flight to Hyderabad with no way of contacting. This was no major problem, I could always get a taxi. So I got a taxi to the address, only nobody seemed to know where the address was. Again, this was no major problem, I rang the manager instead. He told me to wait at an address for a 'boy' who would come and meet me. Hardly the most assuring words at 1am for a foreigner carrying all of my valuables in a city known for it's high crime rates. Finally, this boy came and met me, only he did not know where this hotel was either. So we're travelling around Hyderabad for about an hour on rickshaws and arguments are taking place back and forth between the boy and the rickshaw owner. Seriously, welcome to India! We finally found the hotel, only I had my suspicions that I'd be led to the wrong place. These suspicions were correct. Despite the manager on the phone assuring me that this was the correct hotel and the staff (who were also in on the scam) being adamant that the manager was telling the truth, I was sure that the address was wrong. They (reluctantly) gave me their wifi and I GPS'd the location, sure enough I was miles away from the hotel. Approaching 3am, I gave up and took a room for the night. The next morning, I spent a good 4 hours trying to find the original hotel so that I could confront the manager. Finally, I found him and the lies continued. He tried to blame me for the confusion, an entirely unprofessional response considering the night he'd put me through. After he eventually admitted that he was in the wrong, he continued with his scam by refusing to give me the correct amount for a refund, saying his internet was down and he didn't know anybody who could tell him the correct exchange rate. Tired and bored of dealing with this man, I settled on much less than I was owed and left his hotel as quickly as possible. The rest of my stay in Hyderabad was amazing and I'm glad I didn't let one man put me off what turned out to be an incredible trip. It's such a shame that it had to start this way.

We visited for our business visit, Its a service apartment without any board and no one know in their area about this! Its takes upto 30 minutes to find it! Its located in good and peace full area. We are not happy with their room service! Like... they given us a used towel + smelly bed sheets + no good response of our complain! Rooms are small. Even they charge higher rates of Food than given on their own menu card!

I was looking for a homely kind of accommodation and as i was going thorugh the web, i found this hotel. Its nice property n good hospitality made me to recommend this to my close circles. Faced little difficulty to reach but this hotel people's approach and treatment is awesome.
