1. It is not surely value for money. 2. They seem to like tourists who tip well 3. Room cleaning is done regularly and room facilities make it a good stay.

The rooms are not up to the mark and does not fit with the amount they charge.The complimentary breakfast is horrible with only south indian delicacies and totally vegetarian.The restaurant they advertise about has been closed down and now they only offer food through room service for which they charge 10% as service charge.Hot water is not available 24 hrs and it is only from 6:30am till 10:30am and from 7pm till 9pm.The menu card that they provide in every room is of no use as whatever you try to order as per that they will say that it's not available.They do not serve any non veg item at all and for that they will make some sort of excuse.The layout of the room are not of the price standard.The food they served were sometimes burnt as I got the smell of a veg fried rice that was burnt and they tried to cover it up nicely.They also took a long time to serve the food as well.

Demo Trip room on 1st floor are good.

Demo Trip Don't take rooms fitted with Wall fans. Prefer ceiling fan fitted rooms.
