We were in Hyderabad for three weeks for my father's surgery. The Lotus Pond location was very close to Apollo hospital which was a great advantage. The apartment is bright and clean.The manager, Hemant and his staff were very accommodating with our requests. The food is like home cooked - not too oily and spicy. A special thank you to Raju who went beyond the call of duty to help us and my father during this difficult time. I would highly recommend Skyla over a regular Hotel for long term stays.

We were given an apartment to stay at Skyla Serviced Apartments - Lotus Pond Banjara Hills which is a very new facility of Skyla. It is an excellent place to stay when facility will be in fully operational. I guess we were the first family to stay in the particular apartment where we stayed. It was an excellent facility though it was not totally ready. Gas connection, washing machine, drinking water, cloth press iron, etc. were not at place when we checked-in at night after a full day flights from Abu Dhabi to Hyderabad via Mumbai. The Care Taker (Manager) was a one men show to make all services with his two staff. Housekeeping needed requests by us to make things normal. Morning breakfast is served too late and that wasted our time and disturbed our tour plan. Unfortunately, there is no nearby restaurant for us to take breakfast. So we too were dependent on the Skyla Team for breakfast being 100% vegetarian. Overall stay was very comfortable. Most importantly, Food service was excellent and Manager took very good care for us. The flat we stayed had a part of huge rock joined to the balcony so we faced two times about 2 to 3 inches long big centipede in our room. Luckily I saw it in hall before it enters our kid's bedroom. I was very scared and had to take too much care for rest of our stay. I must say thanks to Skyla representative who was coordinating with me during the booking. Because of him I avoided unnecessary cost of full 5 days of private transport. His guidance for other matters of tour was also very helpful to us. However, Skyla should have a good connection with Car Service Providers as per their ads. We certainly understand their advertisement for such service support. However, we hired a vehicle to visit Srisailam and got a horrible Innova. Driver does not understand Hindi or English. Seat next to driver had a spring projected outside seat and when it rained water started dripping inside the Innova from window glasses. Music system had no chance to work. It had a video facility that was not working too. On return, Driver was purposely driving slower than in morning and delayed our return to make more money. We told him several times reason for driving slower than in morning especially when roads were good with no traffic. If he could have driven normal we could have reached in sun light than at night. Above all, when we completed the tour Driver asked much more money than what was agreed. Finally, on day of check-out similar incidence happened for billing with Skyla too. The billing was made different than what was agreed by email during the booking. It took almost more than 1 hour to resolve the matter within Skyla. Though I shown the confirmation email of our booking, Manager at Apartment was right because his boss did not conveyed him the right billing! Well with all above positive and negative experiences during our stay at Skyla Serviced Apartments - Lotus Pond Banjara Hills we enjoyed our stay w.r.t. other similar service providers in India. We recommend using Skyla Serviced Apartments for a safe and comfortable stay. Only we need to ensure we get what we need within our agreements during the booking.

My stay at Skyla Serviced Apartments, Lotus Pond, Road no. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, is truly amazing experience which can be simply captured as "A Home away from Home". The rooms are very neat and clean and upkeep is excellent. Our stay was comfortable primarily aided by highly courteous staff, special thanks to care taker Vivek and his team. Special mention need to be made on food which is as good as home made and customized to suit to individual requirement. Overall it was a very pleasant, happy and enjoyable stay and will be my preferred place of stay for all my future visits to Hyderabad.

when ever I visit hyderabad, prefer to stay at skyla., All the properties are at prime locations. Ambiance of the rooms are really good, lovely and clam place to stay and food served, gives you at home experience. staff is very friendly and helpful.
