Room size are good but not applicable for all rooms.Corner rooms in every floor are very smaller then other rooms.Room service are terrible.Rooms are not cleaning properly.If you ask for any services then you have to call more then one time to reception to do that.
Extremely bad and pathetic room service. Toilets are yuck not cleant and unclean unhygienic . Like public toilets. Restaurant says pure veg but actually serves non veg . We ordered for coffee and it took 2 hours and that too the waiter came with plastic cups and broken crockery .Lights go off frequently and there is a generator which makes high decibel sound which is unbearable .. Room service gives 100 excuses for not giving service miserable. Please do not visit this crappy hotel
Hello, I would like to bring to your notice that during our recent visit to Hyderabad during Dec 27-Dec 30, 2016 we had a very bad and shocking experience with the Hotel Room accomodation. We were booked in your Hotel - Maharaja Classic Inn situated at Kachiguda, Next to Kumar Theater, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500027 (INDIA). We were assigned the Room 233 and 234 on the second floor. Since we had shifted to this room in the night we did not check much about the bathroom and the Room Window Sliding. However, in the morning around 7am when I was having shower, to my shock I saw there was one person peeping from the bathroom window glasses. I could see his eyes and that he was wearing some chef cap. Immediately I came out of the bathroom and tried to check from the Main Room Window sliding and I could see there was a Door wide open right opposite the Bathrooom window. I went down to the reception and complained about it to the Front Desk Manager but it seems he was least interested as he kept saying that there is no such opening or door through which anybody can enter. But I was 100% sure as I had clicked snaps of the open door. I waited for the Manager to call me but he did not call me during the whole day. Next day again when the Hotel Manager did not co-operate, I went up again to him to take me to that door and to my surprise, that door lead to the Hotel Kitchen area. When I asked them who was on duty during the 7am time-slot, one of the kitchen person mention that a guy named "Santosh" was on duty during that time. They did not tell me his full name and said that he has gone to the bathroom and will call me once he is back. But the Front desk Duty Manager tried to cover up the matter saying he is a new guy and that he is not there today. It is such a shameful and bad thing and would have been worse if instead of me any of my female family members was using the bathroom during that time. I would like the Hotel Authorities to apologize me for the inconvenience and mental torture it had created for me and my wife as for the next few days we had to keep the bathroom light off while taking bath. Also when the bathroom was to be used by my wife I had to keep a watch from the Main room window to check if someone was there standing outside. I want an immediate action on this from the Hotel Authorities failing which I will have no option but to lodge a police complaint again the Hotel Authorities and the Hotel Staff. Also I will not refrain from publishing this incident in the local and other leading newspaper. It is such a shameful act by the Hotel Kitchen Staff and also irresponsible attitude by the Hotel Authorities to allow a door access which leads to the bathroom window area. This hotel though they claim to be a 3 star does not have even some basic amenities in the room like hot water. Food and service are pathetically pathetic.... went to that hotel through make my trip.com.. but regret fully now... This is not even a 0 star hotel... The worst hotel and untidy place with unhygienic food on Earth.... We will have better choice for the money we pay. Visited the hotel with a 3 days plan however just stayed for 1 day and moved on to another. Worst service and no active restaurant. The prepare food in a unhygienic place.... When i checked in on 15th of July, there was no one in the lobby and check in took 45 minutes.... Room was ok, with extremely bad facilities in the bathroom... Requested for a bottle of fresh water but received water in an used 2 ltr bottle, when asked they said they refill water from the dispenser in used bottle rather give fresh water bottle. if you end up paying >2500 rs can they even spare fresh drinking water that costs less than 20 rs..... worst management decision... Did not receive towels and soaps on time and had to call several times. DTH did not work and a replacement of the DTH box was made which took another hour.... Food, yuck.... I have been travelling around India for past 12+ years however havent seen such a worst hotel.... Look at the pictures and you will understand.... Cockroaches all around and untidy location.... who cares once they had pocketd your money..... no restaurant to order food ......It was a nightmare..... went out and bought biscuits and water for myself and my wife at 9:30 since the food sucked big time.... Look at where they prepare food and also where they store the garbage..... all at one place.... Once again when enquired with the management, who cares... next day we made sure to check out earlier than expected and checked into OYO rooms hotel near by...... If you an individual or travelling with Family, please do not choose this one..... thats my kind hearty suggestion..... Thanks, .....................................
