SS staff people are very well conducted and i witnessed the service very well. they understood our requirement and lived up the expectations. the food was good and it would have better if they provide local arrangements to the airports or bus stop.

We had a nice experience staying at Swan suites, which is situated at a nice location of Hi-tech city. The breakfast provided is very good & tasty and the staffs are very polite and helpful and they are at service anytime. we have taken a complete 3BHK Apartment for a family stay .The apartment was very specious and very much comfortable for family stay. The best part is they provided fully furnished kitchen for cooking.Overall it was a wonderful stay . Any time i will visit Hyderabad i would prefer to stay at swan-suites.

Best hotel stay in Hyderabad. Breakfast was really good. Hotel staff was very polite while talking. Room service was also very good. AC was not working they changed my room with no time. Best hotel to recommend to anyone of my friends or relative.

During the month of May 15 i stayed at swan Suites. It was a pleasant Stay specially i want mention about their food. Very tasty delicious and homely. The property maintained very well by the supervisor. Rooms are clean. Everything was in order as described by their reservation Manager Madam Bindu. I liked her clear communication. Best part is they value guest's comfort and requirements. I am definitely gonna to stay at swan suites in my next visit. Thank you

I had seen some good reviews of these service apartments & readily assented with the choice of my daughter & her family to book there on their couple of weeks professional engagement in the hitech city Hyderabad.I joined them later to spend a couple of days with them.Driving down from the airport, it was difficult for my taxi driver to locate but with the guidance on the phone from my daughter, he managed with the landmarks of Seetha Ram Mandir & Ghanshyam market nearest to it.The place is quite cut off even though it is in in the Whitefield residential complex & one has to usually call a cab for short distances also. On reaching the gate, i was accosted by an old rude guard to fill up the register with full particulars & no further guidance or assistance with the luggage.I trundled my suitcase in to a 50 year old lift with twin aluminium crossbar doors & a frayed torn rubber flooring.I pressed for my requisite 2nd floor & the lift kept going up & down & after some luck reached my floor ! My room TV did not function as the wooden connecting panel was not there & after many reminders it was brought.The next day again it did not function & this time i was told that it was due to some problems regarding renewal with the cable service provider, which took some time to settle! Far too many mosquitoes inspite of their feeble repellent. My daughter told me this kind of management was the general trend than the exception, as on the day of their arrival, they found the apartment completely different from their web site pics-it was bare & empty ! The furniture had been removed & only later after some hours, their drawing & dining rooms got filled with furniture! Could not get newspapers for a couple of days due to their issues with their vendor! On my first day for their complimentary B`fast, i had to solely fill my tummy with `fried sewiian`which was filled with oil & under cooked & some bad over boiled tea.This thing about quality & quantity of food issue continued throughout my stay for all the other meals we ordered on payment.B`fast was supposed to be ready & served in our rooms but never arrived on time for my son-in-law to catch up with his professional appointments. The only redeeming feature in the whole setup was the house keeping staff who came at a convenient time & did their jobs with sincerity & deligence.Of them, Sunjay was polite,good in his job & courteous.Jai the bearer also. I am sure the standard ready made reply of the management to my review will be the spin about praise from Fortune top companies etc,etc instead of making efforts to improve matters.I am an elderly,experienced & widely traveled person who has taken some of my valuable time with the sole aim to see that the set up does not slide further, only improve & without any grudges or motives of any sort.

Demo Trip Do not choose this hotel at all. Bad service and bad information from management about their lodgings being clean. The kitchen was unuseable and they sent someone to cook in it. The pots, pans, plates etc were so dirty and they expected us to eat the food cooked. We refused for the person to even cook for us as we were never going to touch the food.
