Nice Place with excellent service. Balconies can be cleaner but cant blame the hotel for pigeon problem. If on a business have an extra suit in case the pigeons spoil them. Overall a great place that I would I highly recommend. Great hospitality and good food.

We have been staying in this hotel suite from last 10+ years as we have family living close to the hotel. Our last stay we were asked to pay for 3 days after 3rd day's stay out of our 7 day's booking. This thing never happened before with any Taj hotel we stay all over India. It was very insulting for us. We would think twice now if we want to go back there. we always leave Am Ex platinum with no limit, open with them. Didn't even credit my inner circle points. Had to wait for 2 months after several calls to Taj inner circle platinum dept.

Booked this place for a special night, ordered wine suggested by the hotel staff. we did not like it and asked the staff to change it. Every time we called them, they said someone is coming to change it. But no one ever did and neither did they change it all night

Wonderful experience, excellent staff. They would attend to your needs before you ask for them.. Beautiful property & amazing Food. Chef Nitin rocks!!!! **A must stay recommended for all!!!! Enjoy the morning walk aroud the Hotel in a lush green environment, enjoy the leisure of the swimming pool & Jaccuzis.. **Enjoy the evening with awesome cuisine at the Firdaus restaurant.. Doze off in comfort in the luxury rooms.. The experience at this Hotel would want you to come back again & again!!
