I stayed here for 1 night in Dec 2017, as this central location was close to my business. The only positive thing I have to say is about the restaurant, which had good breakfast and dinner items. Everything else is downhill at this hotel which is clearly showing its age. The "executive suite" room which I was booked in had torn bedsheets. The bathroom fixtures were broken. The climate controls were unresponsive. The room itself had rusted fixtures and crumbling putty in the walls. Repeated requests to send the WiFi password over the phone went unheeded. Overall, it was a depressing stay. On checkout, the reception had no answer to my asking if this was the standard of their "executive suite".
The Hotel staffs are Good. The rooms are also fine. The Breakfast is complimentary with many options for South Indians, other Indians and foreigners Breakfast is also available. Further, the waiters are very prompt in service. There are numbers of shops and other restaurants, nearby. I did shopping for my family. The metro is also very close. A little noisy due to bus honks in the night but it is fine.
First of all it's located in a busy center. The honking noises of the vehicles can be heard. We had no issues with rooms, staff and dining section. one thing that was very uncomfortable was the shower, which has some poor maintenance may be. We stayed for 2 days but couldn't take bath properly because of the overheated water out of the shower. Complained about it on day 1 but they never looked into it and also door mats very not available post the washroom , floor was very slippery with wet legs. All in all it's a ok type of stay.
Rooms are small, Little Old, Service was Ok, Breakfast was good but staff was serving preferential treatment to old repeated guests, good for business travel and work near Secunderabad since near go Railway Station, and good restaurants nearby.
Whenever I review a hotel in which I have stayed, I always look for positive points to highlight and I have always found some in almost all the hotel. I am faced with challenges on this score, when I review this property.
The hotel is located in Parklane in the Secundrabad part of the city, in the middle of a busy street, full of retail shops. In some ways, maybe a central location. To me, this hotel seems to lack 'character', either in the way that the hotel is designed or in the way that service is offered.
The room itself is reasonably small, with a passable floor. The linen in the bed looked off-white colour, which put me off. The room appeared to need quite some maintenance. The lesser I said about the bathroom, the better. Have a look at the photo of a shelf in bathroom, which was clicked before I put the bathroom to use. The picture speaks volumes. I showed the picture to the reception staff; but no reactions from their end. The running water in the tap had some strange taste - not sure if it is due to 'harndness' of water.
What irritated me the most was the noise level. The windows do not provide you any shield whatsoever against the noise with the result, I was repeatedly woken up in the night by honking of vehicles passing in the road.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is so-so; Not taking chances, I happened to be the first in the morning for the breakfast, as i was not sure if the items provided will be hot enough. Sure, there was no arrangements in the breakfast to keep the stuff hot/warm.
I had stayed at the hotel just one day...maybe, that was my last ever stay at this hotel.
