We had occupied 2 rooms in this property the last fortnight.The check in process is slower than the pace of a snail. The frount office team is highly confused about the process.It took us over 20 min to get a room and even after getting it the air con was not functioning in one room. We had to get ready and leave for a function and we had no help forthcoming. When we returned they confirmed that the air con issue is sorted, but far from it.We had to shift rooms close to midnight .And for the price one pays its not worth it.

This hotel is near the Secunderabad clock tower . Rooms were quite decent . Internet speed was very poor . Safety lock for the room door was not there . Hotel is very near to the shopping area . Rooms can be improved .

For an important work, I traveled to Hyderabad with my family and stayed here for a day. I found the hotel is located centrally and good for a brief stay. All amenities were there, outside restaurant serves good spread during buffet breakfast and lunch, though we did not partake dinner there. Room was clean, linen were clean.
Bad experience in the morning

Yesterday i booked the hotel and asked for a single occupancy room . I told that i will reach early morning 6. they told yes rooms are available and booking is confirmed. Then when i reached the hotel today, they asked me to wait and that too for 1 hour as the rooms are full. It was very bad. That too i clearly told them the time i will reach and i was also very tired after a long journey from chennai. See how pathetic they are. Had they told no rooms means i would have searched for another room yesterday itself. At the last moment and just to make money they asked to come and wait. They thought it would be difficult for me to get a room from another hotel, but luckily i got a room. Please do not do like this. I am from an MNC company and i will not recommend this hotel for my colleagues.

The only draw back is the front office staff ,they cant understand the language properly .The Hotel is in the heart of Secunderabad & accessable to majority of the business places.Very Spacious Rooms with big beds & all ammenities no sound in the rooms ,Food served is tasty ,value for money
