Very near to secunderabad station rooms are spacious and very clean. Service is excellent right from check in to check out, Welcome drink was really welcomed. Rooms are very clean. Ambience is nice. Breakfast included in the hotel price was good but some more options can be made available. The only concerned was that the hotel donot have pickup drop out service however they are arranging it from outside. I will recommend visiting families to opt for this hotel. Its value for money.

Hotel is good, the room and amenities provided are good enough. But the service is not good. Even to get a bottle of water you will have to call the guys 2-3 times. Rest, hotel is good enough at this price.

The desk service very poor. Laundry service terrible. I counted 20 pieces of items to be washed, they quoted 23 in their invoice and charged 1800 rupies no matter the size of the items. They washed everything in the washing machine and I do not know how they dried it, but the fabric of the towels was embedded in the other clothes. almost all the pieces were damaged, I had to leave most of the pieces behind in India because of the damage. Only about 4 pieces survived the washing. We showed the front desk some of the damages, they refused to make any discount from the 1800 rupies. 16 pieces of my choicest clothes were destroyed and on top of it I had to pay 1800 rupies. All this hotel seem to care about is the money they can make off of their guests, nothing else.

Hotel receptionist is not at all helpful. He will not listen to your problems and just ignores you like he doesn't care. He continuously speaks with others on phone while you are discussing some important things with him. We had booked this hotel through goibibo for 1 day i.e 28th - 29th Jan. It was my husband's birthday. I booked the super deluxe room which is the most expensive. But the hotel spoiled our stay. Firstly, at the time of check-in we got to know that we did a small mistake in the booking, which was a minor one. Mistakenly I selected 1 adult instead of 2 for the booking. The price for one or 2 adults on goibibo is same(confirmed this again for the same hotel and room type on goibibo app). Generally for 3rd adult occupancy hotel charges extra. But we ended up paying extra for 2nd adult occupancy. We asked him to give us smaller price room but he refused the same. After entering the room, basis amenities were missing like water bottle, glasses, bucket, mug, jug, tea kettle. Towels were dirty. Bed sheet was not clean. Its just a big room with bed. nothing else. Even though we managed without these basic things, the major concern was AC wasn't working. It was unable to cool the room and it was making a lot of noise, which was even more irritating when the TV was set off. We went out for some hours to ignore the same, but in the night we were unable to sleep with such a bad noise. Technician came twice to see the AC, but he had not done anything and gave us lame excuses to cover up like the room is big so the cooling would take time. We had the AC up for two hours and still the room wasn't cooled down and the technician suggested to wait more! The noise was so big that at midnight around 12:00 we decided to change the room. Hotel staff provided a small room(deluxe room) which they refused to give us in the morning. We ended up staying in a small room even though we had paid for the super deluxe room. We complained to hotel manager and goibibo and asked them to refund the amount which we paid extra - one for the extra adult and one for the difference between the deluxe room and super deluxe room. But both have not helped. In the morning, The reception could have resolved the wrong booking issue smartly. He could have helped us. But he continuously ignored us and did not help at all. Most of the staff does not understand hindi/english. so we have to manage without expecting anything from the hotel. All is all a waste of 2.7k for nothing. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Also I would expect a better customer service from goibibo!

I have been to Secundrabad on 24th and 25th Nov. The Hotel rating was 3 star but it is not worth even one star. At the arrival though the hotel was not fully accomodated , Hotel charged an early checkin charges like five star hotels charge. On going in the room , The towels provided were two dirty. Food provided was very horrible. I booked the hotel through go-ibigo so I asked them to provide me the refund for food as it was not good and i reported the same on Day 1. The room service didnt clean the used cups till next day On repetative calls hotel denied the refund and Goibibo also didnt look for my concern. Overall the hotel is not at all recomended. Please avoid if you can

I checked in over here at 21:15 and went to the reception straight away complaining about the bed. VERY hard bed set up at an extremely awkward height and falls short on length if you are taller than 5'9". Front desk politely said "we can place pillows"!!!! I tried to sleep for 45 minutes and it led to a pain in the right side of my back. Went down to the reception and they gave me a few "options": 1. We will replace the mattress with an IDENTICAL mattress. 2. We will change the room with one that has an IDENTICAL mattress. 3. We will put a couple of extra sheets on the bed. Needless to say, decided to check out and they insisted on charging me for the entire day despite me having spent barely 5 minutes prior to my initial complaint. Absolutely incompetent (but always polite) staff who don't have a clue about what is going on and how to fix things. If you are planning to stay here, don't. The bed is extremely hard and the staff is extremely inflexible, although the rooms are OK. They give random vague statements like "it is an online booking hence we cannot do anything..." The front desk person I mainly dealt with was Jai Krishna who was completely unhelpful. Finally ended up paying the amount and leaving from there at midnight to another hotel where I could get a good night's sleep (whatever was left of the night). To the management at the hotel - change the beds. They are horrible. A person books a hotel to freshen up and sleep and the quality of sleep on these beds is worse than what you would get while sleeping on a "khatiya". Also, please train your staff. Pathetic... Absolutely pathetic. Never am I going to bother with these low budget, ramshackle places again.
