Few of my observations are: 1. When you book a villa, you anticipate something else but here you have two wings Left and Right in one Villa and when you book for one family, its just one wing(either left or right) not the entire villa. 2. Rooms are normal in size with balcony. Chairs in balcony are not comfortable if you plan to sit for long. Otherwise good spacious with decent view(must be very good in monsoon). 3. Complimentary water bottle is local brand while when you order extra water bottle, they provide Aquafina..... 4. Food is good specially in buffet. I enjoyed all the meals (breakfast/Lunch/Dinner). I think some more items can be added in breakfast.. but no complaints.... 5. Flute program was really well in evening..... the presenter gave his best and it was engrossing..... A real good one. 6. They have two pools and both are good. You may choose any one. 7. Some more games can be added..... 8. Property is nice and well maintained.
This resort has one beautiful view specially one which are facing valley. Property and rooms are decently maintained however quality of food is average and service is poor. During all meals, we struggled to get water on table, food was not refilled despite of asking many a times and everything would take time. It seems their staff faced difficulty in managing/serving guests in restaurant. Few items in menu well not well cooked specially in lunch. One swimming pool was not operational. The other one was operational but it is at edge and could be risky sometimes.
food was the worst ever had. every meal, basics were unavailable , yogurt , branded water etc... nightmare was when there was loud music till 2 am. despite calling the managers atleast a dozen times, request fell on deaf ears. after calling the police at 2 am, the party stopped. resort is not at all maintained well , does not live upto the reputation, nor the ratings. FOR SURE AVOIDABLE.
Excellent location, Wonderful valley facing views, Good service, Tasty food, Good service. In all it was a wonderful 2 day stay for me and my family. I wished they kept more easily accessible information about nearby places of interest and visit, but barring that full marks to the wonderful resort. Would love to visit again.
If you have small child, then you escape to Manas Igatpuri for nice cool weekend. I have been slowly and gradually completing Outlook 52 weekend getaway. Best time to visit is during monsoons. Avoid post monsoon. Igatpuri is halfway en route Shirdi. Manas is by far the oldest and best property in Igatpuri. Do not be confused with Manas Lifestyle, which seems to be a poor cousin of same namesake. Resort is on left hand side of BOM-NASIK highway & cant be missed. About 500 mtrs before resort is a must visit Ghatandevi Temple, for those who are spiritually inclined. Do stop and breath...soak in the view of Camel Valley, oppo side of road to Temple. Try and ignore the garbage, which has been shamelessly dumped adjoining the shoulder on highway.
