Even though this a popular chain of hotel, it is independently operated. I got upgraded to a Executive room (I had booked a Standard room) and I must say that the upgrade was worth it. The room is good size and has good facilities. They have a good size TV which is a bonus. The staff is prompt and the service is very good. The food could have been better but not that bad either. Overall a good stay with good quality of service.

The break fast served is too good, they have early check-in and late check-out of facility , the room has all the basic amenities like fridge ,tea maker,laundry service, newspaper , house keeping ,swimming pool ,gymnasium

We were in Indore from the United States visiting family and chose to stay at Best Western as we are familiar with this American brand and know it to provide reasonable comfort and service - and there are limited such options near central Indore. Instead we were faced with a subpar room which would still be manageable except that on the night we checked in we were faced with constant noise of moving furniture, conversation etc from the restaurant above for over an hour (between 11 o'clock pm - past midnight). We called down to reception asking for the noise to be addressed FOUR TIMES - without a change in the situation. Finally a manager came up to our room and witnessed the noise himself. His only solution was to have us move rooms at 1215 AM, in our pajamas. He suggested we leave our things including our valuables and stay in the second room. The icing on this cake - once we were woken up we were soon greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke that caused us all to start coughing - the same manager told us that despite us being on a nonsmoking floor he couldn't "stop guests from smoking". We requested a refund for an extremely disruptive, tiring and disruptive night however have only been promised by the night manager that he will "pass the message along" to the day manager. An extremely unpleasant experience, I will never be staying here again. The amenities here are average at best, would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I stayed at the Best Western in Indore for 4 nights in December. I have stayed at many Best Westerns in the USA and found the Indore hotel to be better. It is very well managed. The service was excellent. The staff are courteous, friendly and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. The WIFI speed in the room was excellent, and there is also a business centre. Breakfast was included, and the buffet was generous with eggs made to order, and really good coffee!! The reception staff were very helpful with my travel plans, and helped me to make forward bookings in other cities. I would highly recommend the Best Western in Indore to business and vacation travellers. Indore itself is a delight!!

good property, rooms are good but bathrooms are too has two wings so check which wing you have to go in. their laundry is quite disappointing, and they have no clue about misplaced laundry. the front office staff are good but can be more helpful, as they dont go out of way to help guests which sometime require in hospitality industry. food is good, but it is repetitive of same in breakfast, dinner was fine though. overall a average experience and hope to have a better experience next time.
