The staff were quite nice and their service was also good. Room was very much comfortable as well as neat and clean. we enjoyed our small stay.

The food was horrible of the hotel. Rooms were basic not up to the mark. Location was ok near the hotel. Not recommendable. Service was very bad of the restaurant.

The are apparently becoming a Marriott property. In the interim the new wing is just about okay. The F&B services have deteriorated beyond redemption. The facade if the property is a mess. Breakfast is a bit of an apology considering usual ITC standards. Overall I would urge ITC to quickly exit or risk loosing its reputation with business travellers.

I stayed here for a night, I am a regular traveler to Indore and probably for the first time I didn't stay at my all time favorite hotel in Indore (Sayaji) and staying at Fortune Landmark proved to be a good decision. My stay at the hotel was very satisfying, check in and check out were very smooth. Room was great (although not very specious), decent toiletries were available in the room, best thing in the bathroom was shower, I thoroughly enjoyed.All the lights, AC etc. can be operated through an iPad (very convenient) Hotel is centrally located and close to few of the good places in the city. Breakfast spread was good but nowhere close to Sayaji's breakfast menu. Only issue was renovation in the hotel due to change of hotel franchise from Fortune to Marriott, some inconvenience was there, they have made a temporary reception and restaurant. Another issue was with the wake-up call, I requested for a wake up call @ 6 am, but I got a call after 50 minutes. Overall, it was a good stay.

Yes, it is undergoing a total makeover and in another 5 months it will be known as Marriott Indore. The stay was comfortable and we were lodged in well appointed smart room which was spacious. Breakfast is on the house and is a lavish affair. Though there was construction and renovation work going on, we never felt it that way as we were not disturbed by the noise. Use of the health club is complimentary to the in-house guests. Free Wi-Fi is available in the room only and tends to get disconnected once you are out of your room or even in the lobby. Connection speed is good and can be used fir video conferencing. Overall our experience and stay was a pleasant one. Let us see how this property develops under the management of Marriott!!!!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at fortune Indore hotel last 2 days. The staff (everyone from bell boy, restaurant staff, room service, house keeping, reception) is very professional and ensured to make our stay a very pleasant one. I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank Avnish. He went an extra mile to help us.
