I stayed at Hotel Park, Indore that is just opposite the famnous Sayaji Hotel in the first week of March 2016. The rooms are OK but the linen and towels were very dirty. They have a tiny olden times lift that acommodates three people at a time without luggage. Their staff is very uncultured and does not know who to speak to their guests. They have a restaurant on first floor that is owned by Mr Happy Singh of food TV show fame. But the food is the worst quality and taste. Indore is known for its tasty food but this restaurant is earning a bad name for Indore. The staff of the restaurant was more interested in taking advance money with food ordered from room. The staff was very rude and was continuously answering back to the guests in the Hotel Park. Happy Singh should be ashamed of his staff instead of boasting about himself. Hotel Park is earning a very bad name due to the presence of Happy Singh restaurant and it is not getting repeated guests as there are many better places nearby at muct more attractive rates. It is advisable to avoid stay in Hotel Park and specially do not ever use their restaurant. The small shop at ground floor serves a better breakfast than this restauramt in Hotel Park.

It is a hotel in the business district of the city, and has good availability of conveyance. It is not far from the main tourist attraction of Rajwada area where many of the historical tourist spots are located. Service is reasonable. They don't have attached restaurent, but food is sourced probably from outside and served in the room. Food quality is just average. Reception chap was quite helpful in giving information on historical sights. They would not do any booking for you like bus/train service.

not a good option. They did not see so happy when we show them our online booking. They reacted like they were not aware of the booking. They demanded the complete payment on check in. Non- AC rooms were not good. You will feel like you are in dharamshala (no intercom, chairs and table very poor quality, bathrooms are not of good standard). We had to buy mosquito repellent. Speed regulator of fans was not working, it is either on at full speed or off. Hot water is available for only upto 9, there is no gyser in bathrooms. They even did not suggested any thing when asked about visiting some places in indore. Just given a number to talk, and that person also did not responded well.

It a budget hotel but not that great .It is old hotel .Location is close to vijaynagar .Service is ok but not that great .Ambience is poor. Food is ok but can expect better. Management is response is ok not that professional.

I m lved in amritsar and i visited this place to celebrate my birthday with my gf. Hotel staff was so supportive, especially reception guy. When i asked that i came from amritsar, his cheek blushes and he curiously want to know about amritsar. He is behave like a friend, which is admirable. Cleaning is good, room are specious. Staff is egarly to serve.
