During my stay, the very first thing i disliked is the non availability of complimentary mineral water bottle as well as no tea maker kit, which should be the basic things they should offer based on the prices what they are offering. Plus during the complimentary breakfast, you will find the staff busy in their own world and you will have to wait a lot for them to make any service to you. The only good thing is the location. Either they should reduce the tariff or improve the services.

I visitted this hotel dec7to 11 for 4 nights to attend a conferrence in indor throuhg makemytrip .For the last14yrs i am regular customer of mmt but never had such a bad experience for me.location was very reception 3 people were there.they don't know english.very rude. No hospitalty. I booked for me and wife 4 month advance with prepaid.moreover one day before check in again confirmed informed my check in time.when I entered the hotel they alloted us seperate coat.After arguing for 2hr.they allotted big single bed.first they told us inthis hotels only this type bed avalable!! First they told no hot water.later they told us we will bring only one bucket hotwater from 4th floor.after arguing only we got hot water. Very poor hygenic. Food also bad .restaurent in open terrace with bad atmosphere.this hotel is not worth for money

Hotel, The Ashoka sounds very grand and royal however my happiness was a short lived one. Reach to reception and a grumpy guy will take his own sweet time to enroll you a room. Inspite of giving him my visiting card which obviously has all details in it, he makes me fill a form. Who does that these days? Anyhow, the hotel seems new or maybe recently renovated. Room has somewhat basic amenities like 24 hr hot water, AC and TV. To my surprise, no Complimentary water was given and not even a tea maker which is like giving by OYO Rooms also. I checked in this hotel only because i got this at a good deal. Saw it has Complimentary Breakfast and that influenced my decision. But the breakfast too was disappointing. 2-3 dishes on buffet platform. No eggs, no customisation, no juices. Location is extremely good. Bang above Pizza Hut which can be life savior at this stay. Those who can stay without expecting much can have a gala time here.

We had been to Indore on an family trip and I had booked Ashoka hotel from Makemytrip, This hotel is good 30min from Airport bang opposite the Meghdoot Garden (which should be renamed to Peacock gardens, There are lot of peacock and will be a treat for you and your children from a close quarter). Upon arriving the checking was swift and the room was alloted, The rooms are bright and airy, I got the room with the view towards the Garden and it was pleasant. The bathroom was clean and hot water was available 24*7, Indore being a city close to Temple City of Ujjain, this hotel provides Car on Hire for touring The Hotel has a roof top eatery where we were enjoying our morning breakfast. also there is Pizza Hut just below the hotel on the ground floor so for some of you who gets the pizza-craving can go and indulge or get it ordered in room The in-room services and towel were clean and the room was daily cleaned. The Hotel is situated on the Ujjain Highway, and that was the plus point to bypass the city clutter and visit Ujjain, Omkareshwar using the hired vehicle This Hotel is highly recommended for Budget travellers with Family

Very bad service no internet password given for whole day. Tv had no channell as they had not recharged their tata sky connection. RECEPTION PEOPLE COULD DO ANYTHING AT ALL. FOOD WAS OK NOTHING GREAT. Room comfort is ok nothing great, ok for business travellers, not for family.
