The hotel looks decent from outside. Rooms look OK. But I had a nightmare experience due to lack of training and management negligence. I checked in on February 4. They gave me room 114. It turned out that the lock was out of order. So they shifted me to room 116. The A/C was out of order. No hot water . So I cleaned myself with a bucket of water. No toilet paper for replacement. Those problems are nothing surprising ,while traveling in this country.( I am telling you that I am a rather patient traveler!) At 11:30 pm I went to bed. Then I heard a strange noise like dragging heavy things. It went on and on for 20 minutes. So I called the reception. The receptionist said that he would check. But nothing changed. So after 20 minutes I called him again. This time he came to my room and found out that the noise came from a restaurant two floors up. He went up and told the restaurant staff to halt their work. It was almost 1 am, when silence returned to my room. Next morning when I went for breakfast, I asked a staff what they were doing in the middle of the night. He told me that they were setting up tables for buffet breakfast. I told him that instead of dragging tables, they can lift them! What can I make out of this experience? 1. Obviously restaurant staff are not trained with basics of their work. 2. A manager or a captain who should oversee their work was either not there or just did not notice the problem. You don't need much common sense or imagination to realise that dragging tables in the middle of the night would disturb hotel clients. 3. Obviously the ceilings and floors are not soundproof at all. So management should instruct the staff to behave accordingly. I come to India every year and enjoy the cultural difference. But not this kind of cultural difference. After a long and tiring day tourists want a sound sleep to be energised for a next day. If a hotel cannot ensure a proper environment for a good rest, what is the use of a hotel?

Good place to stay in Indore provided you have a car to back you for transport. Good ambience and well spread hotel. Can improve on Service in FNB and taste of food House keeping was neat and crisp in delivering

Restaurant of Hotel Waterlily is worth visiting for their delicious foods and nice ambience and courteous staff. They serve both Veg and Non Veg foods. Sizzlers and Chicken Malai Tikka are simply WoW !!

It was my first time in their rooftop restaurant on 18th June. I have found that overall I am comfortable giving it a 4 star rating. The food was good. Prices were reasonable. Service was prompt but could get a better professional touch. All in all a good experience.

The ambiance in the restaurant is very soothing! The staff was very responsive. The party lawn had the edge over other wedding destinations in the city. Rooms were sufficient in size and are pretty good according to the tariff. A good experience!

Demo Trip Take rooms not towards the side where the garden is placed (the north and west directions). This will help to avoid the noise made by events happening there.
