They had me change 3 rooms over 2 days because the airconditioner was not working They had no maintenance person to sort out the issue and insisted the a/c was working with only the fan blowing air In fact all ground floor rooms were without a/c construction work going on in the GYM and the noise level forced you to stay outside the hotel during the day The staff was clueless or pretending to be clueless and kept fooling around by changing rooms when they knew the a/c is not working Also there was a big Rat in the breakfast room freely roaming around

The general manager of this hotel Mr. Mahendra Desai is so humble, cooperative and a very good person. The hospitality and staff are awesome. Food too good. Everything perfect..!!worth each and every penny you spend.

The rooms are excellently maintained and clean. The quality of food is very good, especially the break fast is very rich with a variety of items.The restaurant, looked after by Mr.Suresh Malviya, is nice and take every care for the preparation of dishes tuned to the taste of guest. Roof top restaurant is an added feature. The General Manager Mr. Mahendra Desai and his team is always eager to welcome you and are very co-operative in all respects with a pleasant smile. They welcome our suggestions and the front desk is managed excellently by Mr.Sikandar and Mr.Sohail. In nutshell, the hotel is worth staying when you are in Indore. Mohan, Guwhati

My stay was pleasant and i had nice time during my stay. The hotel room service is very good, they maintain the room always clean and fresh. Front office very supportive and flexible. well takes care of guest. Food taste and maintaining the quality is very impressive. Mainly Mr.Mahendra Desai (GM) is very co-operative and supportive and he receives us well. maintains very transparency and shows us the friendly move. Other then the above Mr.Mahes Alok, Mr.Mukesh Mujalde and Mr.Vipin Telgote shown us very friendly care during our stay. Since our stay was very long and the people around is very co-operative and friendly we felt always we are home.

Room is clean and organized, liked the morning sun through the window . Shower is Ok, Bed is OK. Food is good. Top roof restaurant is very much appriciated it gives a nice ambiance in the evening. Service is good.
