I stayed in Room #102, which was facing the hill side on the backyard of the hotel. The hotel with its entry and hallways makes a terrific first impression. It looks somewhat fancy place. However, as soon as one enters the room, one starts noticing the flaws. For example, the bathroom has fancy plumbing, which takes a while to understand! Moreover, the tub bath is so high, that the encounter getting inside is challenging! One of my friends was physically challenged, and simply could not climb into the bath in his room. The hotel tried to make alternate arrangement for him, but rather poorly. In fact, the most glaring aspect of the hotel is that it is not friendly for physically challenged persons- including lobby where there are numerous steps without railings. Wonder how did it get its license. The food was another story. Dinner was not great, and breakfast was pathetic. In fact, the dosa which was served had stale vegetable in it! Overall, the experience was not that great.
