This is a good property. Food is good, reception is good. Upkeep and housekeeping need lots of IMPROVEMENT.

Everything was very good in the hotel like the rooms, the staffs, and the food. Just an average hotel with basic amenities. Recommendable to budget travelers.

A real let down A real let down

Please avoid booking into this hotel. It is in a perpetual state of repair. We had to change rooms thrice in 1 night because either the toilet or the lock or the kettle had some defect or the other. The whole place had a shady atmosphere and the front desk tried to fool us by changing the rates already booked on the internet!!

They claim to be a three star hotel as approved by government, but none of the facility or service is as per standard hotel also. You need to call reception 3 times for a single task. They will serve you mineral water when you check-in and will charge the same while you check-out. We were suppose to leave early and there breakfast was not ready till 8:30am. Both male and female receptionist who were present during check-in and check-out hardly are very rude. I was given a suite room but it was far below standard. Only plus point is their rooftop bar cum restaurant which had awadhi festival going on. They served real good lucknowi food so if you are in Jabalpur avoid this hotel for stay. There internet wifi is too slow and works in specific areas.

oonchi dukaan pheeka pakwaan. owners must close it down. everything was dirty. Some internal problem/politics was there. staff was fighting/arguing with each other. toilets/bathrooms were slippery. no one bothered to clean dining area too. we had to clean before breakfast. horrible experience. renovation work was going on in adjacent room/toilet. which was so disturbing that we couldn't talk with each other. when asked to change room staff was a bit reluctant. although many rooms were available. all guests were talking about same problems we had. we had to ask for everything at least 3-4 times. towel was given next day for which I asked at least 4 times on the day I checked in. better to spend nights on railway station. at least you wont be wasting your money. I don't know why the license has not yet cancelled of this **** hotel.

No lock in bathroom, broken furniture, unclean,no toiletries. NO WAY CAN BE A 3 star. The Manager S. Anthony was v rude when the taxi book through the hotel asked higher rates in middle of road or else asked us to get down. The driver took all the decided amount before we reached the destination. Traveled almost whole India and never met such people. There were unoccupied renovated rooms but our request to change our room felt to deaf ears. BIZARRE THING: HOT WATER runs from 7 in the evening to 6 in the morning.... No hot water in the morning...
