Food is really good. Service is nice’’’’ Location is very convenient. Air conditioning did not work in heater mode which was annoying. Improvement can be done in toilets and bathrooms. Need to have curtain in bathroom. In our 3 days of stay we had hot water problem for 2 days.

Our stay at TGI apple in was very comfortable. The hotel staff and Puneet made our stay easy and comfortable. They were very helpful and were very spontaneous in catering our requests. The rooms and washrooms were clean and hygienic.

1. Rooms : Dirty from the start, stains on the floor. Unkept sheets. Found hair on bedsheets. Solution : Called room service and was cleaned promptly. 2. Service : Average. Expected from hotel staff of this rating. Attitude can be improved when dealing with unsatisfied customers. Sometimes when theres no solution to your hotel guests problems, the least you could do is admit your own mistakes and apologize - sometimes it'll be enough for some of us. 3. Food : Average indian food. Hotel staff tried to be extra nice and attentive on our last day - i thought there was much improvement only to realize they were being nice for google reviews. 4. Location : Not familiar with the area. But 3 stars because its in front the main road, and quite dusty.
