My holiday was screwed, thanks to travelguru false promises and commitments. I was charged for superior room and given a standard room, for the entire day I was following up with travelguru team but all my efforts went in vain. Even the agent who booked my hotel didn't speak to me inspite of my repeated Requests & calls. I'm never going to use this site again for any booking and will also make sure that everybody in my family and friend also keep away from such frauds, travelguru. Rohit (9811619220)

I will never advice my friends to stay in Cambay i dont think its a five star resort.They have hired trainee from their own institute to work in the hotel. Breakfast was pathetic apart from my room (because I sprayed my Deo) every other place was stinking.Overall Pathetic place to stay and I dont know why keep a Bible in all the rooms.

Booked through hotwire, ghost like environment.Arrived by 8PM, quickly checked in, porter moved the luggage. Our rooms were almost at the other side of entrance, long walk. After long journey needed to get shower, shocked to find out that do not have hot water. Try to call the reception, phone was not working. Went to the desk, no manager available. After asking them for hot water they said we do not run boiler in the night till 5am. So the hot water will come in the morning. So I asked to speak to the manager, he was not available. After arguing they said to bring hot water in bucket. Really, shame on you. Finally had dinner which was reasonably priced and good. We checked out the morning and wish to never have visited this hotel.

We were booked to stay here by our travel agent. After spending 5hours driving from Agra we arrived to a ghost hotel. No porters, the hotel appears to be closed. So they still received us and allocated us rooms which were horrible. Dirty linens with stains.. dirty hotel lifts and rude staff. I went to see kitchen and it was very dirty. Al in all we decided to move to a nearby hotel.despite threats of losing our deposit.. This hotel needs to be either closed or renovated

My child went to jaipur for a school trip.I think more than 200 children(13/14 yr) and the school staff stayed in the cambay.their experience is v good.they loved the food, rooms and overall stay.I was also worried after reading the reviews initially.

The room provided by resort to us was the worst in the hotel. Basic Service like TV was not working. Room AC was not working, Alternate method of cooling was provided(Split AC). Bathroom Exhaust Fan was not working. The key of the room was not working at all. Everytime, we need to visit reception three times to open the door. The key given by reception was not working at all. It was opened by Master Key. Reception Staff behavior was very rude for billing, key, room change, room service. Also we ordered black forest cake to Chef, but cake was provided by local made(very cheap quality & wrong name) purchase and in a very dirty box. This was very insulting in front of our guests. Service was very poor. Bathroom Sleepers & electronic Kettle was not preset in the room even after request. Basic facility like towels were not provided in room, and after request it took 40 min to reach room. I was forced to wait in bathroom. This was really a very very bad experience at all with us.

Third class service n very unprofessional behaviour. We have to bagging n complain for basic service. After 6 hr of request they didn't clean up rooms. And its daily service. Horrible experience of my life. After paying for 4 star category resort we didnt get service like guesthouse. Guesthouse is more comfortable then this.
