My holiday was screwed, thanks to travelguru false promises and commitments. I was charged for superior room and given a standard room, for the entire day I was following up with travelguru team but all my efforts went in vain. Even the agent who booked my hotel didn't speak to me inspite of my repeated Requests & calls. I'm never going to use this site again for any booking and will also make sure that everybody in my family and friend also keep away from such frauds, travelguru. Rohit (9811619220)

I will never advice my friends to stay in Cambay i dont think its a five star resort.They have hired trainee from their own institute to work in the hotel. Breakfast was pathetic apart from my room (because I sprayed my Deo) every other place was stinking.Overall Pathetic place to stay and I dont know why keep a Bible in all the rooms.

The most bad services along with house keeping. It is strongly recommended not to stay in this hotel even if they pay for ur stay... Even local lodges are better than driver dormatry.... Please save ur money by not stying here n instead donate it... A reputed website like this should not even list hotel on its platform....

WORST !! That's the perfect word I can say about my Stay. Here are the few things I would describe. 1) Game Zone: It was more of a Store Room where it has all broken things. Table Tennis table broke, TT bats broken, It was an Under Construction room all messed up. PATHETIC !!! 2) TV Cable: The staff fooled us by saying TV connection will be there in 15 mins, from the day I am checked In to the day I have checked out there sentence was the same "Sir, IN 15 MINS TV CONNECTION WILL BE DONE". When I called them at 11:45 PM they have the belief that an ANGEL from the sky will work late night and fix the CABLE... CARELESS 3) Restaurant Waiter: He came to ask us the order and was not able to Speak because he was CHEWING TOBACCO, YOU call it one of the finest Resorts of Jaipur and there they are your Waiter is chewing Tobacco and taking order. 4) Food: We asked for JEERA RICE and after 10-15 MINS they brought us Plain RICE and then they again cama fter 15 mins. POOR LISTENING SKILLS.. and then when we asked what's there in DESSERT they said we have Vanilla. We said to bring that for us, then after 15 mins he came up with STRAWBERRY and said we Don't Have Vanilla.. NOT AWARE WHAT THEY HAVE AND WHAT THEY DON'T HAVE. Overall I would ask people don't go to Cambay and Make ur stay the WORST. We were so excited that after a year me and my wife would spend time together , but Thank you for making our stay PATHETIC !!!!

The checkin took long since voucher was not recd from cleartrip by the hotel but booking was confirmed. In the room there was cigarette smell and butts,the window did not shut, several other issues Positives staff tried their best to help, did efficiently what they could

Great space for playing cards. There is a great casino for playing rummy In This Restro a swimming pool is good food quality and service. in this hotel all room have a great infrastructure.

I can't understand who rated it four star property.The resort I have ever visited food was good but stay room service was too poor.The provide electric kettle that to on demand and was in bad condition room service too poor no proper management no staff in spa
