The hotel was really good a bit of problem was there of dust but i m sure in future they will improve the facilities.. I really appreciate Mr. Anoop and Mr. Saqib who helped me n thankful for such a exceptional cx service..

It's a very nice hotel with very good location. Staff are so polite and helpful. Rooms are fantastic but rooms are bit small. Reception lobby is very nice. Anyone can stay in this hotel. Tasty food, good ambience.

We stay here from 11.12.16 to 13.12.16 in premier room. Including breakfast. Breakfast was ok not much verity. Room service is very slow. Cleaning staff is good for nothing. We will found dust every where in room. Location is good. Shopping centre & restaurants are near by. Near to station & local attractions.

We were staying in Jaipur for 4 nights so we booked a signature room at the flute as the photos looked nice and I thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt from the bad reviews we had seen. When you walk in you can see what they are try to achieve, but nothing is maintained and worn. When we finally finished the long check in process we were taken to our room on level 4, when we opened the door we couldn't believe the state of the rooms, they try to present the rooms nice but everything else was disgusting, the walls had not been cleaned in a very long time, the chair had what looked like dead skin scattered on it and the sheets were not clean at all and even had holes and I'm pretty sure some past blood stains were on there. We thought we would give it a go as it was relatively priced so we got in to bed and we slept with clothes on as the sheets felt damp! As soon as we turned the light off we heard scratching in the roof which was a rat and it went for an hour or so, then as we were on level 4 either the manager or owner lives above and they were SO loud not caring that there are guests below and was banging and making noise until early hours of the morning and to add their aircon or what ever it may be cranked up every 10-15 minutes and it was quiet! We haven't had such a disturbed sleep in a very long time. Then at 7 am a staff memeber just walked into our room with out knocking or caring then realised we were in the room and left and didn't say sorry at all!!! AND THEN at 8:30 reception call to see if we are coming to breakfast that finishes at 10??? To bad if we wanted a sleep in! We checked out after this, if you need a relaxing hotel with a good vibe this is not the place if it's just a quick passing by this hotel might be suffice. Overall though the staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for anything. This hotel has so much potential but it's been neglected and not maintained at all and needs some serious work done to it.

I originally intended to stay at the Flute Boutique Hotel for a week, but ended up leaving after only two days. The staff were mostly kind and helpful, but could not hide the fact that this is a spectacularly poorly managed hotel. During my two days there, I was woken up by unsolicited wake-up calls three times (twice in the same morning), had to ask for a new wifi username and password four times, was locked out from my room by a faulty key card, and had no housekeeping cleaning at all. Add to this that the hotel generally appears rundown. In my room, the bedding and towels were very well used, and the plugs of the kettle looked dangerous from a fire safety perspective. The room also had a strong smell of mildew. As a postscript, the booking agency I'd used told me it was wholly up to the manager of the hotel to decide whether I'd get a refund for my remaining days or not, and he gave the thumbs down. Jaipur is full of hotels, you can easily find one that's much better value for money. PS: After this review first went online, the manager of the hotel contacted me and asked for my real name. When I refused, he told me he'd found it anyway. Not very pleasant.
