Exceptional Stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the major attractions. We especially enjoyed breakfast buffet. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Why is this a 4 star property I don’t understand. They are very stingy about their bills when it comes to hot water. Arrived late night, no hot water. Again in the afternoon, the next day, right before my flight, no hot water. Very embarrassing, they told me I need to contact them 30 mins before I want to have a shower, so they can turn the hot water on, otherwise they keep it turned off when it’s not peak time of using the shower. I booked this hotel for convenience from the airport. It would have been better to book elsewhere. I hope I don’t miss my flight while waiting for the shower to be ready to use. Manager agreed to keep the hot water switched on while at the hotel, but again, same issue the next day. Not impressed. This is not a 4 star.

Disappointing Stay: Clarion Bella Casa Jaipur Review_ I recently stayed at the Clarion Bella Casa Jaipur, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room dining service was slow and inefficient, with long wait times for even the simplest orders. Moreover, the hotel has a restrictive policy of not allowing non-vegetarian food in the rooms, which was inconvenient for me. To make matters worse, the hotel does not permit outside food in the rooms, which limited my dining options. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, which was not up to the mark. While the hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory, the issues mentioned above overshadowed my overall experience. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve their services.

Only the location was good. I stayed there for my marathon next morning and i paid 7k for one night but it didn’t worth. The room was soooo small for this much money. Bathroom was small, towels were old and dirty and you need to ask the for the hot water availability timing. Room service was terrible. Food was hideous,tasteless. Inside there was a bar and resto-bar (sports bar type) both were empty and prices were through the roof. My room key didn’t work when i enter first and then they changed it and then later after my race the same problem. I had to stay out of my own room for more than 20 minutes, i was tired as hell. Only good thing about his hotel is the lobby area.

I had a pleasant stay for 3 nights.Room was comfortable. Staff were helpful courteous. Zodiac restaurant has a decent ambience.Restaurant staff courteous. Serves only vegetarian fod. Good live music at dinner time.Food is acceptable standard.
