Recently visited Jaipur and booked the hotel after reading other reviews on TripAdvisor. However, the actual experience was quite opposite. The staff was inefficient and rude. We had considerable luggage as we were traveling across Rajasthan. Even after informing the hotel of our arrival in advance, there was no attendant to help us with our luggage. Further, room service was horrible. No tea /coffee was served even after placing an order for over 3 hours. Reason, there was no milk in the hotel. We didn't expect such terrible service from a well ranked hotel. The hotel staff complained about the management and there was total chaos. Please look for other hotels if you plan to stay in Jaipur. There are several better options at much lower price.

So this was my second visit to this hotel and it was work related and I was on a really tight schedule with so much to do. The cooperation of the staff was amazing. They were really quick with whatever I needed which helped me remain on time for my meeting. Be it the wifi or request for super quick laundry, they catered my needs with a smile which was enouraging in the stress I was. so yeah, cheers for the team!

Our relatives in Jaipur had booked this beautiful boutique hotel for us. As we entered there was this wonderful summer flower kind of fragrance. The check-in was smooth and we were very professionally escorted to our rooms. The rooms at Gitanjali are HUGE and very very clean. We decided to eat our lunch at the hotel. To be honest we weren't expecting a very great meal, but what we got to eat was exceptionally tasty food. Very flavoursome (I still remember the beautiful fragrance of Veg. Biryani ;)) The Gitanjali staff is humble, courteous, professional and friendly. They're really well trained people. All our requests were answered and done for within minutes. NO DELAY AT ALL!! This was a great wow factor. I'm very impressed with this kind of hotel concept. Gitanjali Jaipur you've soon my loyalty I'll visit you again and again. Thank You!

It was our first visit to Jaipur and I got this guesthouse reference through my brother in law at Rajkot,Gujrat.We stayed for nearly 2.5 days(66hrs) at this place.This guest house is in a very quiet and posh area .The ambience,reception and service was excellent.The rooms were looking clean and comfortable.The staff were very helpful and courteous.The timely food was hot and tasty.They have a set of their own guides to take you around the important places to be seen at Jaipur.We were not I lucky to get a very informative guide and that was the only shortfall. This private guesthouse is maintained well by Mr.Atiharsh,ably assisted by his manager Atul. Along with my husband I thank them for our memorable stay at Jaipur and wish them a prosperous future.

This is my first review on tripadvisor. Haven't ever felt the need to write a review but the service offered by the kind people at Gitanjali made me write one. We came to jaipur late at night and happened to stumble upon this B&B on makemytrip. Right from the start, the experience was great. We were welcomed even at night and as I had called them 15 minutes before reaching the place, they had already prepared the room alongside the extra bedding. I had a bad cold and asked for warm water and some salt for gargles and my request was gladly accepted, even at 1 in the night and to my surprise, they even gave me a ginger paste to sooth my throat. The night went well, without any disturbance as its located in a residential colony, away from the city hustle bustle, but still close to the major tourist attractions. We had booked the executive suite but were upgraded to a premium one, that was a nice touch as well. Come the morning, breakfast was served in our room and was incredibly tasty. Then, it was time to leave. However, as the kind people they are, their service still hadn't stopped and a departing gift was given to us to commemorate our stay on the independence day, a box of cadbury chocolates and some nutties. I can not praise them enough. You have won my loyalty and I would recommend anyone, absolutely anyone to stay at this beautiful place with such kind and generous staff present. Don't get fooled by the nominal tariff, the services offered and the rooms and bathroom were all deserving of a much higher price. Btw, they have high speed free wifi too. I would definitely visit again.
