COMPLAINT.......i feel that travelguru & harimahel palace both r nothing more than cheat.as travelguru said my booking is confirm but when i reach hari mahel palace ,jaipur there is no room available inspite of my booking.they give me stay at a third class place & offered to return small amount of money in lieu of my booking.my request to all people that dont beleive travelguru & hari mahel palace-jaipur.

Location was very beautiful near the hotel as the hotel was just 1 km from the railway station. Room was very neat and clean and above my room was a terrace so from there you can see half of Jaipur. I had my food in the hotel the food was very nice and tasty. In future whenever I will visit Jaipur I would preferably stay in the same hotel again.sty. We stayed at the Hari Mahal Palace for 1 night, and were really pleased with the overall experience. The main building are really nice. The service is smart and meet our expectations most of the times.

We had made an adv payment and until the day of the check out no one has bothered to check if the money was received. Adv payment was made seeking their suggestion. Rooms were booked for part the stay. Other night had to head to another hotel. Oh well, but otherwise good property. Food was good (at least bf). Didn't eat other meals as we were traveling. If check in was smooth I would hAve left the property with a happy feeling!

This hotel should be avoided. Had no hot water on arrival. It boasts wi-fi (so important for many guests nowadays) yet internet reception NEVER came through. Situated adjacent to the railway, the constant loud warning toots of the trains through the night resembled the sounds of wounded whales and resulted in disjointed sleep. Its location outside the city centre, though quiet, meant tedious negotiations to secure rickshaws or taxis. Dined only once and did not repeat the experience. Finally the bill was somewhat ambiguous as it stated on the first bill that breakfasts were 1000 rupees per person ( 5 times the norm in India). When questioned,a second modified bill indicated that the restaurant bill (2000 rupees per couple per breakfast) was suddenly included in the price per room. All in all a shabby experience which will not be repeated. Ken Parr

We stayed for four days at this hotel and believe me everyday was worst than other. It was height when there was no water in bathroom at the heritage hotel. I was very frustrated as I was paying very high money but when you go to bathroom to take shower there is no water. The property is located next to railway line so there is lot of train noise at night. The staff is so rude and will ignore you if you are an indian. There is no guard in swimming pool. In fact there will be no one when you go to swimming pool. Make sure you stay with your kids while going for swimming. Also there is not enough parking place in the hotel. The bed makes too much noise when you change the sides while sleeping.

We went there for a family dinner and get -together. Food is pretty good and overall ambience and layout of the open restaurant adds to a pleasant experience. We did observe few hygiene issues and the restaurant staff was not too professional in their conduct. E.g. one of the waiters dropped all curry on the table while serving while the other one could not clearly understand what kind of flavors we were asking for ..... In addition , one bizarre incident which caught our eye was that the staff had laid out a buffet as well.... while we were seated there, a cat jumped on the table and savored few flavors from the curd ..!! So that was kinda a let down for us as well...

Stayed for two days with family and friend. Marvelous experience. Spacious rooms with good service and superb food. Good place for kids to enjoy as the place has a big lawn and in the evening they had lot to enjoy. Would suggest everyone to say in the main wing instead of new wing.
