A specious and nice place where you can relax to rejuvenate for next spell of drive. location is best, food is excellent and staff is good. what else in a budget hotel, one can expect. It is adjacent to bye pass with ample parking space and good lawn. I recommend it to all.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and good experienced at that hotel.the few points are- 1) Well behavior staff. 2) Hotel is situated at Ajmer express highway. 3) Price is also reasonable. 3)Rooms -as well as in budget hotels-OK 4) Service- good.
Me and my friends were accommodated at this hotel in their master bedroom for a relatively cheap price. After all, this is a budget hotel. It was plain and simple. We were welcomed with a tidy fully furnished room. The queen-sized bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. The aircon and fan were working as they were supposed to function. There was also a TV set, though we didn't open it. The bathroom was quite spacious I could dance freely inside. It seemed almost perfect. We stayed for three nights and half of the time we were annoyed. The staff were lazy and not that helpful. My friend asked them to replace the electric kettle they provided as it was infested with stains but they didn't grant the request. Their water heater was malfunctioning and they didn't fix it. So it was always a trial and error when showering. It was also difficult when talking to them whenever we called the reception through the phone. There were a lot of misunderstanding and at the end we just gave up. We got stuck with whatever was available in the room. Now let's talk about the internet connection. The speed was decent. I was able to stream videos online smoothly. But there was one concern. The connection always expired every after several hours. So we always had to go down to ask for a new password (so at this point, we had already given up calling them through the phone). I concluded that it was the miscommunication that rooted all the problems. Most of the staff couldn't talk in English. It was difficult. Thus, this place is not ideal for foreigners. You would probably be given a better service if you are a local or at least could converse in Hindi. Lastly, the location I thought was inconvenient. It was situated around 10km from the main area, the pink city. It would not had been a problem for me traveling that distance if not for the scarcity of public transits. For my three day stay, I was only able to see two auto rickshaws nearby. There were no taxis. The only choice was uber which was not ideal for us as budget travelers. Luckily, there were generous people who gave us free rides in their private cars. The location was the deal breaker for me. Everything else was forgivable. I don't want this review to end with negative comments. So on a positive note, this place has an open area perfect for events like wedding. This is where my Indian friend got married. Lastly, they served good vegetarian food.
Location is quite good on Ajmer Road just adjoining 200' Delhi bypass road. The hotel has spacious lawns and ample parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food in the restaurant is good and has variety of Indian dishes to offer. Recommended as a night stop over.
First of all I would say the approach for the hotel is very good. It is located on a very prime location. The rooms and the services are also good. The food was also fine. We had a good stay there. Recommendable.
