Pathetic! Pathetic!

Have no idea where to start from.I generally write about the better things first,but here,nothing was good. We checked in around 6 pm and were denied towels,The reason being "We provide towels only in the morning". After several attempts and requests,we were provided with 2 towels.The towels were torn,dirty and stinky! After few more attempts and requests we were provided with another 2 towels which were already wet! After all this,we were not provided with drinking water,they said they only have RO.After another round of requests,we were provided with Bisleri water bottle! The floor staff was rude!Very rude! This guy named Joginder was rude!very rude!When i asked Joginder for a newspaper,his reply was,"no one reads newspaper in the evening,so we do not have any" After several requests,we were provided with Rajasthan Patrika! The property is difficult to locate,there is a smoking stink 24/7.They do not have non smoking rooms/floors! Property needs to be re-painted asap. TV wasn't working and after a crazy argument with the night manager,we were asked to change the room at 2:00 am,which we obviously did! Bathroom was bad,very small and they do not provide any bathroom essentials except a shampoo pouch! Breakfast was very average with no fruits in the offering. Check in and check out were smooth though. Will i ever go back to this property?"NO" is the answer!

Well, were to start ? We had to wait a couple minutes once checked in for the room to be cleaned, that's totally fine by me, but check the pictures and tell me if that is clean. Our room had a view to a pigeon mourning his dead friend. (See the pics) Breakfast was a joke, literally 4 itens plus tea and of course only Indian food. I do love Indian cuisine but just a black coffee and bread and butter is not too much to ask. We have stayed in ground floor and we could not sleep due to reception noise, loud chatting , cellphone ringing... Hotel is far from tourist attractions and is not even near a 3-4 stars class they claim.

I have recently stayed in Hotel Avana in jaipur , After first look of hotel all my expectation was lost. Thy dont have proper parking, Rooms are not clean, Service is worst. Ypou ca get better service in any local hotels No hot water for bathing very poor maintenance The room service boys will pan/gutaka in the mouth always Please do nt select this hotel at any cost

You won't get ur room confirmations until you fight them hard and show every type of proof. There front desk service is pathetic, I have never faced this type of situation even after booking through a very prominent website. Their service is pathetic and staff was rude they event don't serve you the breakfast in your room Avoid this hotel in Jaipur.

We made booking for one of our customer from state electricity board and very disappointed by the services which they provided to him. Booking was done thru make my trip the people at hotel asked for the id of the person who had booked the hotel and that too 1 & half (hour after check inn around midnight, even after giving the id proof guest). They did not provide towels & mosquitoes repellent even after demanding for the same. The guest had to collect the same from the reception. Avana did not even inform the guest that the breakfast was complimentary and was included in the package.
