Good oyo hotel so far had a great time feels like home ...keep it up... Room no 202 was one of my fav ... whatever we request it comes in instanct ...N the food is up to our budget ... Overall excellent stay ...If i have to stay in any of the oyo rooms in jaipur ethnic would be my choice
We stayed here for a night 27-28 Nov 2016.. Rooms booked were 201..202.. Purpose was to just spend the night with good sleep quality as we checked in at 12 mid night after returning from Choki Dhani and left in the morning... The hotel did not meet the "purpose"... Rooms: though the size of the room was slightly small but they were neat on the first look... Our wrought iron bed was quite noisy even at minor turns.... This noise had an impact on the sleep quality.. I have given the feedback to the manager n he has promised to look into it... The mattress cover was used and had stains on it... The washroom was decent in size and space and had hot water available... This was a plus but they need to be more cleaner... Breakfast:.. They offered complimentary breakfast but there was a restriction which they didn't inform... Since it was not a buffet you can order only 1 portion per person i.e. 1 parantha n 1 tea... If u order 2 paranthas n 1 tea then u will have to pay for d parantha.. I did n had to shell Rs.112 for the parantha Also breakfast took 40 mins to serve which was a lot of time... I would recommend book room only... Jaipur has a lot of good delicacies n places to offer for breakfast.... Staff: is a plus... Manager is professional, polite and helping.. but that alone doesn't help... The overall property is decent if you are looking for a budget place to stay... But it needs to be better managed in terms of maintenance n cleanliness...
I stay here for 2 days with my family. Room was neat and hygienic. Staff if good. Food is not upto the mark. Many of the item in the menu was not available. They don't provide food after 10pm. But the issue is, they didn't provided the towel even after asking for several times.
i selected this hotel based on reviews posted by other travellers for 1 night stay in order to catch the next days flight . The taruma begin as soon as we landed at the hotel. the reception guy had no idea about our booking. then after speaking to someone he provided us a room which was not at all as displayed on cleartrip.com. on questioning him he said that he is clueless about it and i will have to speak to the GM who was out at that moment and the issue cant be resolved on the phone as he was busy somewhere. Also there was painting work going on in the hotel so the complete hotel was filled with kerosene and thinner smell. Without being left with any other option we checked in and settled. the geysers in the room were non functional. when i asked for hot bathing water i got the reply that hot water is provided only in the mornings and not in the evening. this came as a shocker to me. At around 2200 hrs i complained about the room issue to the GM so he changed our room. Next day while checking out i told the staff that they should not book the rooms if the renovations are going on as this causes a lot of inconvinience to the customers. and i dint get a satisfactory reply to this too. i would NOT recommed this hotel to anyone. its a very normal place to stay with poorly behaved hotel staff.
