For a stay of short duration and enjoy a peaceful quite retreat within the city , the place to be , the service and the courtesy is excellent. Its a Value for money place , the food and ambeience is simple and cool

To start with the check-in process was smooth, however the service and staff were rude and untrained. Rooms and food were ok types .. The staff was least bothered to listen.. Overall it was an average kind of a hotel and can be avoided. I am sure the area has some other better options.

We Booked hotel kartikey 3 days To our visit. We got a very special deal from Tha Hotel Directly. Very friendly and helpful Staff. Tha room and food was Excellent. Tha travel desk was very prompt and Reasonable. Tha room were big and very neatly manitained Tha location is very central ( raliway station & Bus stand 0.5 km) It was also very good we will come back Again...

We checked in the hotel at 6:30 a.m. The room was clean and nice but the service was just horrible. The guy at the reception desk has really poor English, the hotel policy is unclear about check out time - they woke us up in the night by phone claiming they have a 24 hours policy and we need to check out at 6:30 a.m ! Needless to say that this policy is not written anywhere and there is a big sign claiming for check out at 11:00 which apparently is out of date. Strange wifi rules... (Only one phone for one room ??) Take a good tip, find somewhere else.

I found Hotel Kartikey In to be one of the best anywhere. The property appears to be new but the staff seems to be very well trained & highly customer service oriented. The main restaurant features a wide variety of food and the chef personally ensures every dinner receives. A complete 5 star service.
