I just stayed few days in this hotel. The staff is good. Specially the receptionist namely Mr. Sharma who provided good hospitality & service. Hotel is good and on very reasonable price with good amenities.

I stayed there in month of December. Hotel manager was very rude. Rooms were average in terms of cleaning and facilities. Hotel staff appeared very unprofessional in behavior. Even basic necessities like towel, water was not provided on time.

I stayed here in june, 2015. Unlike other hotels, you feel not like a guest but rather an intruder here. They would ask you for money everyday, and not at checkout. Just think walking in the hotel tired after the days work, and at entry you see the unwelcoming host asking you for money for you have stayed for 2 days, better clear the balance to stay further. Service is exceptionally slow. Except for one or two times, even water takes half an hour to reach your room after you order, so stay thirsty, and if u r hungry, u will much earlier find a restaurant, have food, take a post dinner stroll and return than have food within the hotel. Though some of the Ppl in the restaurant are nice, rest of the management doesn't care about customer satisfaction, is rude and the hotel as a whole is NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT.
