Room was clean and includes all amenities. According to hotel service is available at all time but in reality if you call any staff person they will ignore you. The hotel should improve their service. The dinner was vegetable with chapatti in the hotel restaurant which is fine. The hotel was very good, neat and clean. I had my breakfast (Cutlet & Coffee) in the hotel restaurant - the cutlet was very oily but tasty too. Staff were very well dressed and their service was pretty good. In the bathroom, I like the bathtub and I enjoyed my bath. My 1 night in hotel Neelam in Jaipur was good.ed my bath. I don't know what rooms the other reviewers stayed in but our experience was forgettable. Apart from the Paratha Hut restaurant there is nothing much to talk about. We stayed in Rooms 403 and 404. quality of the beds were horrible- broken/ chipped off carpentry, unclean linen, filthy foam cushions, even more filthier blankets.. The bathroom hot water taps didn't work, nor did the housekeeping show any interest in fixing it after regular complaints. The toilets were unclean, and had a constant smell...

The staffs were courteous and co-operative in their work. Rooms were spacious with all the facilities. The restaurant was clean and neat were I had my breakfast, the breakfast was average in taste it needs to be improved. The hotel is centrally located in the main city.

My booking was confirmed a day before arrival. we reached two hours later than the check in time given by hotel. On travel date, I also called them on phone that we will reach the hotel approx two hours later than the official check in time, but still the rooms were not ready. they did the cleaning after check in, broken tubs, staining water taps, non cooperative staff

We did not had internet working so were not able to book this property online, we checked in directly and as found the rooms were available in lower prices online at Oyo rooms than the price we were paying, we booked for couple of days instantly. The manager called in his cabin for tea and wanted us to pay directly more for the first day and for rest of days the charges as on Oyo rooms, the Ac was not working, there was no lock in any of the rooms and the reason they say for that made us laugh, no internet service received at this property.

Hotel neelam is located very close to the station. food is good. rooms are good value for money. do try their mirchi pakoda stuffed with aloo. staff is a little stiff. they could be more courteous. its good for a short stay.

Overall good hotel to stay as moderate price. Complementary breakfast was good, location is good, Staff were supportive Bad things:- room was not so good. Few places in the room was tapered. Fridge was not working in the room
