Fantastic experience of staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and well lit. The design and ambience literally gave a feeling of a royal palace. Breakfast buffet was a cherry on the cake. The pool was extra clean where children with adults could relax and unwind. Overall 10on 10 for hygiene and every other thing.

This was an excellent experience. We had 3 rooms and all of them super clean. With 5 star supplies, accessories, toilet paper and extra towels as soon as we asked for them.
The restaurant food was decent. The drinks were good too.
The pool looked amazing, it was too cold to take a dip but was extremely clean and inviting.
At first, when I read the google reviews I was skeptical but the service at the hotel was immaculate and extremely nice.
I will totally return.

Post owner’s response: in that case, Mr Hotel owner, nobody should trust your words. You may not have mentioned early check-in in the contracts but you verbally told us that early check in was possible since it’s a wedding and we had to make some set ups. The 8am people who came were the decorators and I wonder why you would allocate rooms to decorators. Always lying. Btw there was no response wrt the unhygienic scenes. Stop fooling people and be authentic. People spend huge amounts to celebrate their big events in hotels like yours, at least respect that. I pray that you get to face double of what you made us feel on our big day, I got very upset because of your rude behaviors and unprofessionalism, using hands to push clients throughout heated conversations.
Initial review posting:
Worst experience. I’m Mauritian and my husband is Indian residing in US. We got married in Dec 2024 at Nirbana palace. At the time we had to do the payment, Mr Dilip was very welcoming and nice to us. But gradually whenever we used to inquire about something, he wasn’t responsive. We booked the entire hotel from 1st Dec to 3rd Dec. our check in time was 11am and at 1pm they had guests in some of their rooms.our guests had to literally wait to get check in: Mr Dilip was extremely rude and they had a big fight with the groom’s family. we had people coming from Mauritius, Europe and US, it was so embarrassing to see this fight. My sister in law who was very looking forward to this hotel, got a very dirty room with cockroaches coming (a family room facing the pool on ground floor). She said her room was in a mess and despite that they asked to clean the room, it wasn’t cleaned. I was given a suite, which I suppose is a premium category as I was the bride, guess what, there were cigarette ashes and cigarette buds in the room, disgusting. The food was so spicy that Indian people were not able to eat. Oh their ras gulla had hair ’’ our guests saw this. Groom had shifted room with me since I told him that I saw the cigarette, and the room 301, was stinking. I thought it was coming from outside but then we realized it was their bathroom. Do not do the mistake by booking this as a wedding venue.

Terrible Experience at Nirbana Heritage Hotel ’ Served Non-Veg Instead of Veg!
We had an extremely disturbing experience at Nirbana Heritage Hotel, Jaipur, and feel it’s important to warn others, especially vegetarians, about their unethical and careless service.
We ordered pure vegetarian food, but to our shock, they served us mutton instead. Since we all are strict vegetarians, we had doubts and repeatedly asked the waiter to confirm. Despite seeing suspicious pieces in the dish, she confidently assured us multiple times that it was 100% vegetarian.Even after pointing out the meat pieces, she still insisted it was mushrooms!
Trusting their staff, we took a bite but immediately felt something was off. We called the chef, but he refused to come out. Instead, the manager arrived and finally admitted their mistake’they had indeed served us non-veg instead of veg.
This was not a simple mistake’we asked multiple times, but they kept lying and pressuring us to eat. Even after realizing their error, they were completely unapologetic. We demanded a written apology and the complaint register, but they refused and tried to cover up their mistake.
To make things worse, the General Manager, over a call, tried to bribe us so we would let it go. When we insisted on registering a complaint, they refused to provide a complaint register. When we called the police, they completely changed their statement, falsely claiming that we had ordered non-veg.
This is **unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior**. Serving **non-veg food to vegetarians**, **lying repeatedly**, and then trying to **silence the complaint** shows **zero accountability** and a **complete lack of ethics**.
I **strongly advise** everyone, especially vegetarians, **not to trust this hotel**. If they can lie about something as basic as food, imagine what else they could cover up!
@Nirbana Heritage Hotel, you owe an apology not just to us but to every guest who trusts your service. Stop misleading customers and take responsibility for your actions.
