The property and the rooms are excellent. However,at the reception the lady was unpleasant in terms of courtesy. Rooms were excellent. However, the very basic tea,coffee machine was missing. I drove my car to the hotel. I was told that there is an underground parking. However, the car was parked outside in the rain. I realized the same when I was leaving the hotel. The passenger seat was completely wet. I got an assurance from the staff stating they will investigate.

As the group names suggests, Royal Orchid Jaipur is a good place to be at. The ambience is very contemporary and fun. The wedding halls are quite spacious and can accommodate around 120 people easily. The food is yum and the variety on offer is mind boggling. Do try the buffet dinner - it is sure to bowl you over.

Royal orchid at tonk road Jaipur is a good hotel for business stay. Rooms are well furnished with other amenities required during business tours. Restaurant is good, nice and decent food. Need more restaurant staff as existing staff can't attend every table.

Visited Hotel Orchid, Jaipur from December 28, 2016 to December 31, 2016. I booked the hotel from Dec 28, 2016 till Jan 01, 2017 and paid the entire amount of Rs. 43855/- upfront which includes the tariff as well as charges for New Year party. However due to some family compulsion I had to check out on Dec 31, 2016 morning instead of Jan 01, 2017 as booked. While checking out they gave me the invoice (attaching the invoice here for the ready reference for all TripAdvisor members) in which they need to refund me Rs. 17695/-. But they did not give that money to me and said that they will send the cheque to my residential address. But when I reached home hotel called me and said that they will not pay me back the entire amount and they will deduct 1 night tariff (as I booked it till Jan 01, 2017 so they need to deduct that amount and amount they will pay me back will be Rs. 10500/- instead of Rs. 17695/-. This is absolutely cheating. As an honest & decent customer I paid entire amount upfront as they asked. I would have also asked them to pay only at check out but as an decent customer I paid all amount upfront. If there was any issue of not paying the tariff back they should have told me when I was checking out then I would have settled the issue there itself. Once I have checked out and have reached home with a thought that hotel will send me cheque of the amount as per the invoice given. I was cool till I receive their call of not paying me the my entire amount due on them. It is not just the matter of money it is playing with the honesty & gentleness of a sincere citizen & decent customer. Can anyone expect that hotel can cheat in such fashion. Hotel is a Cheater, Cheater & Cheater. Please be aware of this and avoid this hotel at all cost. Regarding food : It was just OK. Same breakfast every day and same dinner every night. Towel of the hotel were so bad & faded that we even do not use such towel to mop the floor of our home. The staff took more than 1 hr to put the extra bed and that too after at least 10 calls.Overall very bad experience and moreover they have cheated me.

The best was food . past three years the quality has not changed. The team was very good and individual attention was given in serving food. hats off to that team. Good hospitality. Care must be taken in the housekeeping and travel desk services. This was the only issue for us there.
