It's excellent hotel though in buissness category but with really excellent service n food quality...lacking is a gymnasium

This is a great hotel. Very clean and tidy, and a very international look as I have been traveling to many international destinations. The breakfast assortment is fabulous and had range of Indian and western items on the menu along with fruits and cakes. Otherwise the restaurant is pretty expensive, we got one small portion of veg biryani and one portion of kachori chat + 2 lime sodas and paid Rs 940 for it! But eating there is not compulsory anyway. So for stay and breakfast, I think IBIS is a really good option. Close to the railway and bus station and good security, less noise, etc. Good for family and couples alike. I would recommend this hotel.

it was indeed a good stay for me for 4 nights. As usual the staffs were friendly, the rooms were clean, the foods were delicious. There could be more options for room service (food) which will help guest to choose on their convenience. the over all experience was awesome.

I traveled with my family and stayed in Ibis for two nights and two days. They have small but clean rooms. All staff members are very courteous. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you are traveling via train. It took just 10 mins to reach the hotel from Jaipur station. Even though the check-in time was 2pm, the hotel arranged for an early check in at 12 noon for us. The check in process was very smooth as well. Front desk staff were quite friendly. Food - The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of options from both Indian and continental dishes. The a la carte menu (for lunch dinner and 24x7 room service) is a bit limited but the quality of food is good none the less. Rooms - are smallish. But facilities are comparable to 4 star hotels. However, the dental kit was missing in the bathrooms. Bathroom - Small but clean. Only showers. No bathtubs.

The Jaipur Ibis is a clean and comfortable place with an efficient, responsive and friendly staff. The restaurant service could be improved a bit and hence one star less. A big plus is that this is a 2 minutes walk from the Metro station and that was very handy to get us to and from Chandpole which is in the Pink City area with a lot of sights and sounds.

We arrived from Agra at about 7pm and to our horror, the manager-on-duty was apologetic and infofmed us that our rooms had plumbing problems and could not accomodate us till the next day. We were hungry and tired after long journey from Agra. But the manager was kind to get us the hotel driver n assistant to take us to another hotel to check in for that night. The service was very good but however, we somehow suspected that they might have double-booked us. The next day manager on duty again apologised to us when we checked into Ibis. The room , the showers, breakfast were excellent. Ibis standard. Very comfortable. On checking out day after, another manager on duty apologised again. Well, looks like the management are very organised and well informed. I will recommend this hotel. Good bed good breakfast good service. However, Location is a bit off from eateries especially if you are hungry in late night hours.

Excellent staff. Special appreciation to front Desk personnel: Mr. Viral and Akash, Chefs: Mr. Pankaj, Vikash and Raghesh, Waiters :Mr. Dinesh, Sachin and Naveen Security: Mr. Dharmendar and the lady Breakfast and dinner spread was good. My room AC had a problem, the blower wasn't working properly, I had to get an pedestal fan to solve my issue. Please take the matter of Sirconditionong seriously. Raphy
