Just loved the stay......the stay is totally worth the money you spend. The staff was very courteous esp Ratna in the Italian restaurant was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were beautifully furnished ,the SONY LED is a welcome modern touch to the hotel. There were lots of pigeons & peacocks in the swimming pool area making it truly wow. Will definitely go back for more .

Staff were very cooperative, we had an in-room dining. Food was fantastic, overall we had a very great time.

Had a great time and a nice hotel to stay in. Convenient and accessible. Very Friendly people. Good service. Nice way to relax after a busy day of sight seeing in the area. Good place to stay while traveling in India.

The magic of staying in a Palace in Rajasthan will never wane. Staying at the the Jaimahal Palace in Jaipur is such an experience. The staff are extremely helpful is the palace grounds, pool and spa are superb and the food is excellent. However, age is catching up and the room fittings will need refurbishment, sooner than later.

Taj Jai Mahal is a beautiful heritage property with all the mod comforts- including sprawling lawns, vintage car rides, giant chess board, traditional art performances. The food was great including for special diet restrictions(gluten/lactose). Great hospitality made a memorable stay

At the outset, my sincere apologies for a delayed feedback. In fact, I wont call it a feedback, but a sincere compliment from both me and my wife.. We felt really ROYAL under your most courteous, smiling and ever cheerful colleagues across their assignments whatsoever. Without doubt, our stay in TAJ JAI MAHAL Palace on 10th & 11th of Feb 2017 during our tour of the Pink City was indeed a pleasant and memorable experience of luxury and sophistication. Right from our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and Manager, who pleasantly announced we were upgraded to the next higher level of comfort. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the Restaurant staff deserves our compliments. Our stay was absolutely perfect. From the kind, courteous, and the professional staff, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms and common areas, facility, the Spa and the breakfast buffet. Our experience was nothing less than exceptional. Our special thanks and gratitude goes to Ms Jemina Thounaojam, who made us felt part of such a brilliant professional Teams in hospitality. We are indeed most thankful to her sincerest, most professional and personal courtesy and comfort extended to us. I would be failing myself if I dont mention the special place given to us by Mr.Shiv Mathur and his other Team Members whom we closely interacted with , like, Mr Sandeep Sharma, Mr Mukesh Kachware,Mr Sankalp Kaushik , Mr Bhanu Prakash, Miss Dharmesh and Mr Sravan Singh, the Ex-service man who greeted on arrival and departure in the Royal RAJPUT attire( pardon if I spelt any name wrongly) . Both of us enjoyed and experienced an extremely rejuvenating time we spent at JIVA SPA under the courteous and expertise of Miss Nima and Miss Lekhi . We are indeed indebted to each one of them for making our short stay most sweet and pleasant by treating us as Guest of honor. Given a chance, we look forward to enjoy same ambience and top level hospitality again and again. From our side, we have already shared our great experience with our colleagues and friends circle so that they should not miss out such rarest and most pleasant experience of Home away from Home. Last but not the least, entire credit and respect goes to you, Mr Rathore, because, as General Manager, you are doing a great job here. Your leadership and grooming skill to train the entire Team in an error free, sophisticated courtesy and true sample of excellent hospitality is well appreciated please. Big thanks to all of you !!
