* Extremely Disappointing Experience* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was a disaster from start to finish. Abusive Manager The manager was completely unprofessional and abusive. He had no idea how to communicate with customers, and his tone was consistently rude and dismissive. Subpar Rooms The rooms were a far cry from the "Super Deluxe" category I had booked. In reality, I was given a Deluxe room, which was cramped and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was also questionable. Non-Existent Room Service Forget about room service - it's virtually non-existent. When I tried to order food, I was told that it wasn't available. Terrible Food The food at the hotel's restaurant was a major letdown. The quality was poor, and the options were limited. Booking Issues To add insult to injury, the hotel staff couldn't even find my online booking (made through Agoda). Avoid This Hotel In conclusion, this hotel is a complete disaster. The manager's abusive behavior, subpar rooms, and non-existent amenities make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and book elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The bed was uncomfortable and the overall feeling was more like a cheap hostel than a hotel or resort. The bed linens were of very poor quality, and the cover didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards. The water facilities were equally subpar’water pressure was inconsistent and hardly acceptable. Overall, the experience was far from what I expected, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality stay.
