I stayed there with my two friends for a night , room was nice , me-tress was comfortable . the Restaurant Neptune has good test . we had the breakfast there it was also good . room services are so quickly . front office people are knowledgeable . we asked him for the train timings , sudden he came with a print out that we liked it . specially thank to Gm Mr. Mathur to make more comfortable stay.

I am not joking. This is the condition of hotel. Extremely non cooperative and money minded with no commensurate service. Went as a marriage function guest. Typical Indian wedding would entail a long list of guests and to our sheer disappointment it was absolute worthless to stay as unanimously felt by all guests. Pathetic bfast, poor interiors, water heating system will make you wait for 30 mins b4 you realize that it is still cold water that you will be pouring. Toilets don't have space for putting toiletries and cosmetics. Pathetic. Staff is non cooperative. Should not be in the consideration set at all.

Pathetic place to be with your friend, untidy interior, broken wooden floor, used towels, fouling smell in washrooms,bad toiletries.Dont even think of booking this place. I landed up paying 3600 for one night which is not at all worth it.Overall i will give 1/10 to this place.

Stayed in Mango Hotel at Jaipur for a wedding function. It was one of the worst stay of my life. Though the rooms were ok but the linens and blankets were too dirty and full of spots. Room service was terrible and to get a towel.....I have to wait for more than 45 minutes. There were no attendants available to take the luggage to the room and also to bring them down at the time of check out. I could see one other group making similar complaint at the reception desk. The glass doors were so loosely fixed that it almost gave the feeling as if it would fall down. The shower pipe of the toilet made such a ghostly sound every time it was operated upon. The concerned manager at the Hotel was least interested in the well being of the guests. There was huge issue made at the reception for the keys by our group at the time of check out as they were bent upon charging 500 rupees for each of the key not received by them. Whereas all our guests had deposited the keys at the time of check out and there was no system available at the Hotel to monitor the receipts of the keys at the time of check out. Overall very unpleasant experience.......

Had visited this hotel with my family. Stayed as guests for a wedding. From the moment we entered, nothing about this place appealed to us. 1. Room : Small, dingy, poorly lit. 2. Bathroom : there was a provision made for a shelf to be installed to keep one's toiletries but there was no shelf. The sink was wobbly. The finishing of the glass walls was pathetic. It all looked rushed up and didn't give a good feel of a boutique / business hotel / guest house. 3. Bedsheets : the most appalling parts of our stay here were the blankets. They had yellow marks all over it. Checked the blankets in my relative 's room as well and they too had the same issue. All of this made it very diff for us to sleep. 4. Room service : who makes a guest wait for 5 hours to get fresh towels. That's all I have to say. 5. Food : breakfast was average. Lunch at the banquet was average as well. There is more to be done to improve and reach a minimal expectation. Really request the management to look into the points seriously. Thanks. A very disappointed guest. NOTE : there is nothing extraordinary about it. Go, only if you've exhausted all other options. Cheers and best wishes.
