Mango Hotels are real good brands in hotel industry, and they really are maintaining their brand value. The hotel is near to a huge mall which also has a multiplex. the decor of the hotel is really nice and clean, hotel reception staff is fast and helpful. they also have a roof top bar and a wonderful restaurant. Food is really good. Room amenities were adequate. rooms were cozy and clean. sleep quality was also really good. overall it was a pleasant stay. will surely visit again.

Dear . First time I use the service of your hotel and I am totally unsatisfied with the management and the othorised persons Mr Lalit Chaudhry . We are 6 persones and within six two are girls . And 1 is from Jaipur . He was refusing that he can not let the girls in the room I appreciate but the time was 4:19 am and I talked him to let give me time till 8 o clock but he is stick to the same sentence . Then I told him to let me talk with the heigher athourity than I got a number Mr Amit Kumar i tryied the number twice but no response . Than he tried a number to Mr Dharmender (chief) firstly he Disney pick the call but he revert back on the reception number and talk arogently in a loud voice that no u you are not going to permit the person . When Lalit told him to talk then he refuse and said that no I am not going to talk . He was very arogent at that time . Afterwords he call to Mr Rajkumar Soni (manager) he talk well I told the whole story he agred and then he told me to give the phone to Mr Lalit but after I don't k ow what he said to manager and without clearing me he cut the phone and the again he refuses . The worst part of the whole story is that they don't allow a girl for 2 hours . So that I got a time to arrange something . It was disrespectful to the Clints . . And revert me back with the practical reasons . Which clarify you . Prakul sharma .

Loved the place, amazing service, courteous people, loved food.. very chic ambience, a great package at a great deal. Suits are awesome and specially the bathrooms, a great place to stay in heart of Jaipur.

Let me first introduce myself. i stay in mumbai and like travel and adventure. i along with my children are great fan of mango hotel. i stayed in mango hotel in mumbai and goa also. you have a strong brand and when i saw mango hotel in jaipur i just booked it without any hesitation or query. i stayed in jaipur mango hotel from 25-27 oct 16. The hotel is around 8 km from jaipur railway station. An auto charges INR 150/- to drop you here. The check in was smooth. staffs are cooperative. The pros and cons are enumerated below: pros: a) nice cooperative and well mannered staffs b) a prime location raja park is at just a stones throw distance. you get all essentials here. c) a swimming pool at fifth floor d) well managed restaurant (ground floor) and bar(fifth floor adjacent to swimming pool) e) very testy food (price is on upper side but worth) cons: a) no pickup and drop facility provided ( management should consider this free of cost) b) i paid INR 1000 for late checkout till 5 pm. (management should consider late checkout for 3-4 hr if rooms are available free of cost) c) there is no jim in hotel ( a jim will enhance its standard) d) room is very small e) no proper drainage given in bathroom. water even comes outside the bathroom f) the glass bathroom is embarrassing in family stay. A curtain may be placed to overcome this. hope management will have an ear to my suggestion and my comments will be helpful to fellow traveler as usual.

The hotel photographs tell a different story. The hotel upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. We had 5 rooms booked. Room : a) Damp in many places. b) The bathroom is a frosted glass enclosure which makes its user quite visible to a person out in the room especially if you are too close to the glass. The door has no latch. There are no shelves/racks to keep small items you might open before bathing. c) Bed linen was just about clean. d) Room lighting was adequate. e) Overall ambiance and decor of the room could be rated 2/5 Breakfast at the restaurant : Was decent with just the basics. Limited Parking space for self driven vehicles. Since we reached there late in the evening an were there only for a night...we had no reason to complain. Would I go back to this hotel : A big "No"
