The overall interior and the exterior of the hotel was good. The only thing which was missing proper service. I asked for the plates and bowl in the room which i got after half an hour and that too after multiple calls. The room was little stinky and when asked for room freshener, no one came with that. Breakfast was average. You do expect a lot better things when you are in 5 star hotel. Housekeeping was again pathetic. I will give this hotel 3/5. Infact it should be under the category of proper 3 star hotel

The only thing that was not five star in this hotel was its non availability of the car parking inside the hotel. The car had to be parked outside the whole day(05:00 Am to 12:00 Midnight) which in fact causes a concern for everyone. I hope that the hotel would take it in right perspective to look for providing parking in the basement of the hotel itself so that the security is not a problem for the visitors car. Visiting from England I had book Premier rooms with a Note that please book Only if you have adjoining prwmier rooms.the booking was taken promptly. On arrival with family (we are a group of 2 families) we were TOLD that each floors has ONLY one premier room, thus there can not be two rooms adjacent to each other. I was left with no option but to take a simple room next to premier room but the Hotel told me that they will still charge for 2 premier rooms !! And so they did. It was after many calls that adjusted half the charges as if it was a big obligation. The first floor was SMELLING FOUL. We had to request change of floor. The other floor where we stayed had its own issues. The property is not well maintinance , the electrics had a issue in the room and something blew up which was Mended then !! 5 star ! The bathroom showers is such that the whole barroom gets full of water. The whole bathroom has iron ore marks and yellowish getting wood and poor quality marble. See photos. Worst was when on of the rooms was filled with sever smell which the hotel put down to "it happens" when the extractor fan breaks down . They repaired the extractor fan. Only saving grace was the morning breakfast restaurant in the hotel where the food was ok but the service was good in general. Some of the good staff were ; Gaurav Sharma Ashish Kaul I would not prefer to stay at this so called 5 star hotel again. I have seen 10 times better 4 stars. Bathroom photos attached.

Most Radisson Blus in which I've stayed have a euro-modern decor. This one seemed like it tried too hard to mix the modern with a Rajasthani aesthetic. Apart from the decor, the hotel was fine. (And, decor is such a personal thing, that you might be just fine with it.) The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean. And, I especially liked that I had made a few special requests when booking the room, which were taken care of. The staff was excellent. The breakfast bar had a good selection of western and South Indian breakfast foods. It's also very, very close to the airport, so it was the perfect place to stay, after a long flight.

Stayed here for two nights on a Golden Triangle tour. The rooms were big, clean and tidy. They came with all the usual complementary items....blue slippers were different. Plenty of hot water. Impressive reception. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Delicious desserts. Drinks were reasonable. There was some confusion over payment...I always appreciate a free drink :)
