The summer package from REd Fox (two days off on four day stay) is the best value in Jaipur. The breakfast buffet and service in cafe is excellent. This time I had problem with the shower in my room. It occured to me that room being on second floor, water pressure may be low. I also had security concerns as twice on the penultimate day of my stay I returned to my room, once from breakfast and secondly from pantry to find the door open. I dont leave my doors open since I travel alone and had a very creepy feeling. I had a similar experience last year when I entered my room after breakfast to find the housekeeping staff sitting on chair and chatting. I complained to management and was reassurred. I ahve stayed in other branded budget hotels like ginger and formule 1 but never has housekeeoing entered my room without permission. I think the locks are also flimsy as they are not electronic. The same day one of the security personnel picked tried to sell me a deal to et my car washed, without any prompting from me whatsoever. His name was Gurdeep Singh and I complained to reception. OVerall I feel that staff are not trained well enough.

Hotel location is good but room is avg. inside. No toiletry kits provided in room. it's cost extra ( except shop,shampoo dispenser ) Room cleaning is avg. I have experienced 1 bed thing At the time of check-in at room I found west food plate of previous guest at door opening area and at the time of check out same was their after 24 hrs. due to marraige season hotel was full and hotel staff was under pressure of service. Otherwise hotel is good for short stay with compare to room tariff.

I was staying in red fox for about 2 night stay and I had an awesome experience they provide the best service very nice thank you red fox you are so good. The house keeping and caterers are so good.. And food is very nice.. I remember the name as well chef neeraj chef omveer and jagan. Pankaj mukesh . Thank you.... .

It was great experience in Red Fox Hotel in JLN marg Jaipur. It was observed that, team was very supportive and providing necessary things on time. Below are the key observations, 1) Communication is very good 2) Handling situation very well 3) Ready to serve at any point of time 4) Feels like Home in hotel Few names to be named who deserves appreciation, 1) Ashok 2) Mukesh 3) Sultan 4) Pankaj 5) Ankaj 6) Amit 7) Mr. Mathur 8) Mr. Manish 9) Mr Vivek 10) Jagan And all the other staff who contributed to maintain the things proper in Red Fox.

Very comfortable hotel room and restaurant excellent crevice we r stay Form 3days and we had a very busy schedule .room was clean and comfortable all housekeeping staff are very helpfully thanks to Mukesh Choudhary ,ramkishan ,neeraj ,veerpal ,kalu , vinod and Anil.

We stayed in the hotel in Mar-2017. Wash rooms had drainage issues in all the three rooms we stayed on the 4th floor (428, 429 and 417). Although they have non-smoking rooms but the ventilation was in such a bad shape that all rooms seemed to be smoking room. Very limited options in the buffet breakfast; they were always running short of food on all the days we stayed. Cleanliness in the breakfast area (Clever Fox Cafe) was also an issue. All in all, neither I am staying again nor am I recommending it to anyone.

Redfox hotel is spacious with a luxury feel, nice lobby and lovely big rooms with nice views. The staff really stand out and make you feel VIP! A particular thank you to Jagan who manages the restaurants and who really looked after us - all the food is delicious from the breakfast through to dinner with impressive variety. The quality is there be it Indian, or chinese - really delicious! There is a relaxing atmosphere due to the effectiveness and warmth of the staff ! A thank you to Yogendra & Chef Vicky too who made us feel welcome and always to a minute to talk and check everything was going well. We highly recommend this hotel and the staff !
