The food was pathetic of the hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff service were not so nice and up to expectation. The hotel is does not offer any pick up and drop facility to the airport.

We can not overemphasize the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff...just wonderful! Our large room with a balcony overlooking the pool and grounds with peacocks was splendid. The breakfast buffets offered by these type hotels are generally excellent but the food here is prepared a step better.....very delicious!

This is a an excellent hotel with service to match from garlands when you arrive with a refreshing drink to a photo taken and printed with a frame left by the bedside as a great memory . Indian sweets left in room .All staff were extremely helpful and attentive with great food in the restaurant , Staff booked all our restuarants and extremely attentive . This is what great hotels should aspire to , touches which make you feel they have thought it through

The taj sms is by far one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed in the Junior suite for 3 nights and every detail was taken care of. The price is more than fair for the perfect service they provide. On our first night we were offered a complementary cooking course with their amazing chef. It's the small details and hospitality on this property that put a 5 star hotel to shame. The rooms are absolutely beautiful as well as the whole property itself. The food is delicious thanks to their amazing chef! There is literally not one thing to complain about I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful pink city and we can't wait to go back! Perfection!
