Though it was an old hotel. I was sceptical about my stay, but let me tell you ,I had a truly exceptional stay at Trident Hotel, Jaipur. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. A special mention to Vaibhav and Himanshu, who ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and commitment to service truly stood out. Whether it was assisting with special requests or simply making sure we were comfortable, they made us feel incredibly welcomed. The property offers breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. The food was exquisite, and the overall service was seamless. If you’re looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Jaipur, Trident Hotel is the place to be. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Exceptional Stay at Trident Jaipur ’ Thoughtful Hospitality! Our three-day stay at Trident Jaipur was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by their excellent staff, whose warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly special. The hotel’s location, right opposite Jal Mahal, offers breathtaking views, adding to the charm of our stay. What stood out the most was their incredible hospitality, especially towards families. The hotel is very kids friendly, with a delightful kids club featuring a cute tent, toys, books, and engaging activities. Our children absolutely loved it! The spa was also wonderful, offering a perfect place to unwind. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was their thoughtful gifts, customized water bottles and coffee mugs with our names on them, a gesture that truly reflected their attention to detail. On our last day, as we were leaving for Ranthambore, they went the extra mile by providing snacks and fresh fruit for our kids. Everything about our stay was perfect, and Trident Jaipur exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Trident was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the entire staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The staff ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. A special mention to Chef Monica, who consistently checked in with us and thoughtfully catered to all our dietary needs. Her dedication and warmth made all the difference!

A beautiful property with a very humble staff. They are humble, helpful and always carry a smile on their face. If you are travelling with your family, then your kids are sure to enjoy their kids club which has a lot of activities like play station, cricket, basketball, badminton, swings, slides and even blocks and toys for the younger ones. Their restaurant is quite big to serve around 50 people at once and the food is awesome. The restaurant staff is always smiling and is always around to listen to your needs and fulfill them. We stayed there for one and a half days and enjoyed the food in their restaurant only. One or the other staff member was always around to ask about your and your family's choice of food. It is a culture there that every staff member greets you even while you are just walking around the lobby. I am very grateful for their service and the hospitality and my special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Koul. Being a five star hotel, expect it to be expensive, but worth it. Had a good time there.
