Studio Room is bit small. Few options in buffet breakfast menu. Rest good.

Ambiance was great, we liked the the exterior esp the lobby. Deluxe room wasn't up to the mark. Service was good. Food was fine. Overall its decent hotel.

The hotel is in a very good area, just next to famous Rajmandir Theatre. Reception is good. Enough parking space is available. Restaurant was good. Breakfast options were plenty and good though not enough crockery was available for even the guests staying in the hotel. Staff was polite and courteous. Only one towel was provided for four persons that too on demand. On subsequent demand still three towels were provided (not four for four persons). Only one hand towel was provided for four persons that too not changed for three nights/ four days stay. Foot towel next to bath tub was initially provided but then removed next day and never provided thereafter. Footmat outside bathroom was not cleaned in 4 days stay and gathered dust (from shoes also). Pillows were stinking. Extra bed sheet provided on demand was torn which was replaced on demand afterwards.

There was no warm welcome or queries regarding our tour plan. We booked a Royal Deluxe Room with special request that the room should be on the top floor so that a nice view of the surrounding is there but probably a old room on the backside was given. Though we had the room booked for three one of us had to sleep on the floor with a spring mattress provided which was virtually without any soft material over the springs. Service was OK but slow. The tea arrangement inside the room also had to be reminded often to be supplied with milk packets and tea bags. Even requirement of drinking water had to be reminded time and again. Everything appeared to be ill organized and had a careless attitude. Food was good but spicy. Overall the hotel is not recommendable since it is not worth the amount spent.

Improptu service and good supportive staff. Nice view on 5th floor of the tennis courts. Had a pleasant time with family. Morning breakfast is a good spread for a great start and staff is helpful all the time.

What a pleasurable stay it was at this hotel. The rooms are so comfortable and the ambiance inside it also is spectacular. Staff is decent. BUT room service is extremely slow. Had to call for one thing several times.

It was a great opportunity to write a review with trip advisor were at least you can express your feedback and issues. We had booked our hotel with make my trip we had gone through all the hotels at jaipur price wise and rating wise. Finally choosen Vesta Morya palace by my daughter keeping in mind for good hospitality and near by the old city. We found hotel is quite decent and specious room to put the extra bed in room easily . Food was OK morning breakfast found good can add more varieties but nice. Enjoyed overall . Price wise also seems reasonable Nice trip at jaipur . Will recommend to friends and family

We arrived for a very late check in after a long night on the road. The hotel called us to ask our whereabouts--which was kind. When we arrived the bellman woke from his slumber under a blanket on the front steps of the hotel to help us with our bags--which was sweet of him. Check in was fairly swift and although the bar was closed, room service was prompt. My wife and I had a room, my sister and her husband and my father (3 rooms). My dad was lonely by himself, but fortunately he found company in the form of a live mouse which also inhabited the room. Management quickly moved him to an adjacent room without a mouse. This room was actually even larger and had some odd furniture covered in duct tape. The walls were adorned with stained wallpaper that was peeling off at least 3cm in most places. My wife and I were led to our room by a polite bellman. He quickly scouted the room to collect the dirty towels left by the previous occupant and stated new towels were forthcoming. After he left we noticed everything was filthy, so we called to check on the status of the towels and ask if the room had been cleaned. We were assured it had been, but one minute later the bellman arrived to change the sheets, indicating it most likely had not been touched. I wish we had not witnessed the sheet changing in person because we got a good look at what had to have been a 20-year-old mattress. I slept on top of the sheets in an effort to keep myself as far away as possible from this lumpy, uneven, filthy heap they call a mattress. Our washroom was absolutely disgusting. Imagine taking a shower in one of those "Saw" movies. I did my best to not touch anything. Every crack and crevice was filled with years of calcium buildup on top of mold on top of God knows what. I told my wife I would have been happier sleeping on the street outside if provided a clean blanket. And I would have too were it not 2 a.m. by the time we got everything with our rooms sorted out and were we not so tired from traveling. My sister and her husband's room was similarly disgusting, but they couldn't really call down to seek assistance because all of the buttons on their house phone were too sticky from years of not being wiped off or cleaned. We immediately started looking for another hotel and managed to find one. We took the loss on the prepaid second night we were supposed to stay. It was worth it just to have a clean place to sleep and bath without rodents, mold and filth. I honestly do not understand how this place manages such good ratings. While the staff is indeed courteous and kind, the lobby is beautiful and the rooms are surprisingly large--the upkeep on the rooms themselves is almost entirely absent. We told our travel agency they should never place human clients in this hotel. I would feel uncomfortable boarding a pet here. It appears the hotel management monitors these reviews, so I will say this: You have what could be a beautiful and successful property in a prime real estate area. Your lobby is beautiful and your staff gracious and kind. For goodness sake take a look at the state of your rooms. Placing human being in them is rude, disrespectful and borderline abuse. Invest in a thorough cleaning of these rooms. Steam clean and scrub off the grime and filth. Purchase some new mattresses and furniture. You could easily ask twice the nightly rate if you did so. And for the love of God, do something about the mice. Think long term. If you don't act soon, eventually you will require more complex maintenance due to this negligence to both your property and reputation. You will not be able to pay enough reviewers to cover this fact. For the courteous staff, I most hesitantly give this property two stars. They are good people that deserve better from owners and management. But to anyone considering staying here: Don't.
