I have been staying at various WelcomHeritage properties over last few years at various locations and have always enjoyed their hospitality. When I noticed one at Jaipur, I immediately booked without second thoughts. The decision was proved correct as the property is really good and gives you haveli like feeling. The room was spacious and even had a private balcony attached to it. The only drawback was their breakfast buffet, which was limited and did not provide too many options. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go there again.

I am a little surprised by all the great reviews on Tripadvisor for this hotel. It makes me wonder if the hotel is paying people to post great reviews and boost their ratings. Also expected a little better quality control from the Welcomheritage group. The rooms could definitely do with a good deep cleaning (the curtains on the windows and beds were kinda grubby and dusty) and the room fixtures and appliances need updating or maintenance (the AC in our room made a horrible rattling sound when turned on). We were a large group (8 adults and 2 kids, 2 babies) who booked 4 rooms and stayed for 2 nights starting 30th Dec. I saw all 4 rooms - 2 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor. First appearances -it's a really small property on a cramped lot - there is no parking onsite, you'll have to park outside (which was not a big deal for us but in case you're coming in your own car, it's good to know). This is not a heritage haveli by any stretch of imagination, its a new building made to look old. Check in was fast and efficient. The room I stayed in was really large (106 I think) and the bathroom looked to be newly refurbished and very clean, lots of natural light during the day. A little extra attention to cleaning the room properly (dusty curtains etc) would have bumped up the rating. The 2 tiny windows don't open and since they are painted, there's not much natural light. Gives the room a gloomy feeling and felt poorly ventilated. My brother and his wife got the adjoining room (107), which was smaller and had a strong smell of smoke. Since the hotel was full, they refused to change the room and had someone come up and spray some air freshner instead. The beds in both rooms were mighty uncomfortable, could feel the springs through them and we all woke up the next morning with aches and pains. However the beds in the 2 rooms on the 2nd floor were comfortable. Breakfast - poor selection and tasted average. However I wasn't expecting much better for the price paid (Rs 3500 plus taxes per night was the deal we got). Had to ask the staff to refill dishes which had finished. Restaurant service was average - rather lackadisical. We preferred not to eat at the hotel since our breakfast experience was so poor. Jaipur has several good stand-alone restaurants so we went there for meals. One thing we did appreciate was the fact that the hotel did NOT have a compulsory gala dinner on New Year's eve that we would be forced to shell out big bucks for. Thumbs up for that! Overall, I don't think I will stay here again. There are hundreds of Bnb's and homestays in Jaipur in the same budget which will give you a much better experience for the same or slightly higher cost.

Interiors are beautiful. Had a very comfortable stay with kids and elders. You get a feel of the royal life in the beautifully decorated hallways, lounge and rooms. Food was good, and customer service was Upto the mark.

We got down at Jaipur at 7 AM in the morning. And this place is only 10 minutes distance from Railway station. They have the checkin and checkout time as 12 PM to 12 PM. We were given the pre-booked room 3 hours. The staffs were so courteous and helpful during checkin and checkout process. Ideally speaking hardly any other hotel will give you such flexibility of checkin and checkout timings. The room was clean and we were given the same room what we booked online. Most importantly the bathroom was very clean :).The room getup was really fulfils the name Heritage and Traditional very well. You will enjoy spending time in the room itself. The service were very prompt whenever we needed help. They have their own travel desk. Hotel will help you in chalking out your trips in Jaipur. So do take help from them. They are really good. Zaika, their restaurant was having good collection of food. We had the complimentary breakfast over here. The quality and variety is very good. Overall you will enjoy your stay here at such an budget. Traditional Haveli gave me one of the best hotel experience so far in India.

It's a nice place. A small boutique hotel on the outskirts of Jaipur. The interiors are very well done. The rooms are comfortable. We stayed for a night. Very well maintained. Excellent staff and good quality food. Enjoyed our stay here.
