The rooms were well maintained with all the basic facilities. Staffs were helpful with friendly nature. I had my food in the restaurant it was fantastic in taste. The location was wonderful. We are very happy with this Fort Property.
It was an excellent stay in Fort Rajwada. Rooms were very well maintained with modern style interiors. Staffs were courteous. Food was great in the Hotel's restaurant. Overall it was a very good experience with this hotel.
Great property. Rooms were spacious with clean bed sheet and pillows. Staffs were courteous and polite in their work. The food was fabulous of the restaurant. I would like to stay again in this hotel.

Upon arrival, we were very impressed with the Fort. It is a heritage hotel that has been transformed into a hotel. The rooms are large and the bathrooms marble with plenty of hot water as it was quite cold. There are shops, a spa, a bar and two areas to eat. We arrived at dinner time to find the buffet cold and thought that it must have been there for a while. However, there was no heating so all meals were warm or cold. The only hot foods was available in the bar, where what you ordered was cooked and served immediately. We spent 5 nights at the Fort, and ate in the bar at lunch time. A big downside as cold or warm food is not a good idea anywhere, especially in India. The staff were attentive and not very friendly which is unusual in top hotels. We loved our visit to Jaisalmer, and the time spent in the city and the city Fort. Good, cold beer was excellent. The food was not acceptable.
Was there for a night. Property is nice and clean. Our room had only one socket to charge phones and cameras and that one was unfortunately not working... It's a bit out of town. Food expensive and just ok
Attractive building but food very costly we were in room number 108 but the tap of toilet flush was having issue with temperature. Staff was cooperative and it was repaired twice on our demand overall satisfying. Wish can increase veg items in buffet breakfast. Evening cultural program was average and i suggest some discount and package for family for residents for the evening program. Jim was small and pool had no life guard.
Excellent property. Very neat and clean. We were very fortunate to get an upgrade. The manager Mr Mangi and the receptionist Miss Seems were very helpful and understanding. They took good care of us and made sure we had a comfortable stay.
Well maintained hotel, with very prompt location. Food,amenities and ambiance are very good with touch of royal heritage. Rooms are spacious and folk show in night was amazing. Lobby architecture and painting were amazing and well maintained.
