The hotel is Located in the old city near the fort itself and the main market is also at a walking distance. But the rooms are very small and ill ventilated although cleanliness was there. The bathrooms were also small and old fashioned. The food was very delicious and we liked Dal Bati Churma very much. The staff was very quick in service and very hospitable especially the person sitting on the Front desk( Reception).I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Jaisalmer.
Room is clean and room service is good. Enjoyed the stay in hotel.
Well, I was totally misguided about the hotel review. The pics posted on net were all together different from what we xperienced.Generally,in a 3-star hotel, rooms are spacious enough to accomodate three persons easily, but the rooms were too small here, could hardly ocupy two people. Also review posted on your site was 4.5/5, i would seriously rate it 2/5, as foof also was terrible.
Location of the hotel was good however staff and dinning options were below average. Staff members eagerly expect tips all the time.

Good hotel, clean rooms cooperative and helpful manager and staff, scenic view of fort, but costly roof top restaurant Hotel can be easily accessible from the road, the hotel is 100 to 200 meter from main road
It was totally different from the pictures you can see in this site. Rooms are not grand as shown in photos. Maintenance is very poor, untidy and bathrooms are very small. Food was good but the whole dining area looks dirty and unhygienic. God knows why people gave this hotel 4 stars.
Rooms are little bit small (But sufficient for 2 adult + 1child) but very neat and clean so that you will not think about the size. The most beautiful thing is Rooftop Restaurant. Very good quality of food with clear view of Fort make your stay memorable. Special thanks to K. Singh Sir who helps us in every moment in our tour. All the staffs are really helping in nature.
We were 5 people visited Jaisalmer. Stayed in Jaisal Palace for two nights. Its located at the center of Jaisalmer. Very near to the Fort, 2 mins walking from the fort, market. They have very nice people in the hotel with great Hospitality. Rooms were good as expected. Foods were tasty in the roof top canteen. Very special view of the fort from the roof top canteen. We enjoyed a lot.
The hotel is not up to the mark. Its rooms are very small but neat and clean. Toilets are also very clean but small. Attached balcony is dirty. The staff is very courteous, helpful and well behaved. From the balcony one can get a very clear view of the fort as the fort is very near. The main market and Hanuman chowk are just a stones throw. The souvenir shops, handicrafts shops are all close by. The hotel itself is in a dirty lane. Near a vat. They offer limited items for breakfast Puri & Sabji OR Bread Butter OR Aloo Parartha with no buffet system. They dont understand black tea. The hotel is not well maintained. The overall ambience is so so. Its not a value for money hotel.
