The hotel is a good property with a nice location.Rooms are fair enough but with no televisions to maintain heritage property(weird).Quality of room service was very poor.Limited workforce and lack of training spoiled the show.

Hello Guys We Three Friends went to the Jaisalmer and we booked this property, We really liked too much ,feel like palace and service was awesome we feel like home,All the staff member was very kind and helpful specially Mr. Tulsi Ji. He arranged everything for us the day we arrived in Narayan Niwas Palace, he laid back their dinner for us when we came back from the dessert safari and last day they arranged local cultural music in the palace with dinner .Thanks all of you guys who made our trip awesome :)

This hotel services are very bad, food is not good, rooms are not cleaned, hotel staff is behaving as they are doing favour on us. Over all Worst experience and pathetic service. Please do not go for this hotel.

property looking nice but no parking space. rooms need repairing. blanket and bedahots are torn. drinking water is smelling & tastes bad. poorly lit hotel. poorly staffed. one fellow traveller found bug in his food. Wi-Fi not good

Very excellent stayed at narsyan niwas hotel location and property very good rooms and food is delicious keeping garden is very nice very closed city so we can do the sight seeing walking distance only alround the hotel is very nice we are visiting again

I am writing this review with a great hope to help people not to go for this hotel. I visited jaisalmer last week for a family holiday. We booked two rooms. Got into the hotel to find everything dust filled. Checked into room and found that the AC isn't working. Picked up the phone to complain and found that the intercom isn't working. Got downstairs to reception to which the acting manager replied very rudely and said that it will take time and he can't do anything. Finally when his arrogance was not tolerable we asked him to cancel my stay and give us the refund, to which he denied. We asked to let us talk to the owner, to which the owner denied to speak to us and threatened us to do anything. Finally, after involving police, we just recieved half the money. A must not visit place.
