Our stay was great! Excellent and friendly staff who are happy to get you anything you need. Great food at the rooftop restaurant and clean rooms, with tons of hot water! Would recommend to anyone. :)

Compared to the room price, we really had an enjoyable stay there specially because of clean rooms and very friendly staffs.Beds and blankets were really comfortable and we had good sleep even in the chilly mid Jan. Our train reached at very early hours and the hotel staff was waiting at the station for free pick up!When we reached @hotel the standard rooms were not yet free and we were given the awesome deluxe rooms to take rest till that time.Our Jaisal to Jaipur train was also at odd hours and Mr Mannu gave us free stn drop! These small things always create a good impression on any guest! Their rooftop restaurant was super cute with cozy sitting arrangements, nice Rajasthani music, born fire and a nice view of fort. Food price was reasonable compared to other Jaisal restaurants, yeah we have tried quite a few places there before arriving to this conclusion :) Hot water was not working sometimes and I suggest to provide at least one pair of slippers per room during winter. Due to sand stone structures or whatever the standard rooms and floors were too cold.If I ignore these couple of minor things I surely give 5 out of 5 to this hotel.

I stayed 4 days in Pol Haveli. The hotel is beautiful and has a great view of the fort from the roof top. Manu and his team are doing a wonderful job to make their guests feel comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the yummy food in the hotel restaurant. Thank you for having me !!!!! Hedi Mucha

Our stay at Pol Haveli was good. The staff were friendly and our room was really nice - the bed was comfortable and the showers were hot! We were a bit cold though so some heating would've been nice and the whole building is not soundproof at all so it was quite noisy at night with sounds from the restaurant upstairs etc.

The staffs and owner is very good and polite. They are very helpful. All Rooms are good, well maintained and neat and clean but I prefer the travellers to book for Deluxe rooms If you really want to enjoy your stay. The roof top view is the best part and attraction. The view is awesome and the Jaisalmer fort with lights on it at night is WOW. The dining is on the roof top and cost effective meals with that amazing view along with music played there all the time. You would prefer to spend time on rooftop than spending time in room. Just to remind Jaisalmer is a very costly place and if compared this hotel and price of food is reasonable and quality is very good. they make very delicious foods. Mr. manu is very polite helpful person.

Demo Trip I would recommend others to go for deluxe rooms of this hotel if you're planning for a 2-4 days of stay.
